That little burst of joy you get when you help someone and you know that they truly appreciate it.

Performing with a band, or singing 80's classics with a group of friends, and doing awful dances to them.

I love my friends :')

Being at a concert and getting the one song you really wanted but never expected to hear them play. That feeling turns me into a child at christmas, really does.

Staying up as long as I can, till i can stay up no more.

AT the moment when my head hits the pillow, there is not a thing in this world I care about nothing at all, just the amazing feeling of myself slipping into sleep.

Doing things for others. Seriously. I spent a week working at the food bank, and I just felt fantastic knowing that someone I've never met, somewhere in the province, was going to get fed because of me.

Another good feeling is stretching right after you wake up. Or waking up from a nightmare and feeling relieved that it was all a dream.

i knew there were junkies out there like me!
how about that feeling when your feet slip out from under you and everything goes into slow-motion for that split second as you try to judge your balance.

I love that feeling. >_< I love it!
in fact, any situation that cuts off frontal lobe action enough to make things seem to slow down, get that hearbeat thumpin, get that blood pulsin, get that head rush and eyes clear, get that rush of noise in your ears and that mind whirrin!

Writing something on the keyboard and all the keys are close together, like Warcraft, makes me feel awesome.
Also, this is a good read:

The first cup of tea of the day.

The first pint of the day.

the first cigarette of the day.

When I get one of those "really good" itches and give it a damn good scratching.

When I get to a really good part in whatever book I'm reading, film I'm watching or game I'm playing.

Having an opportunity to be a smug twat about something and show off how amazingly smart/awesome I am in the most dickish way possible so everyone hates me for the next few days.

The moment when you have a chance to say something really awesome/funny in the middle of an argument and actually think of something that's literally mind-blowing and say it on the spot. (On the flip side: the worst is when you think of that amazing thing half an hour later.)

When I get up in the morning and have a stretch and feel my back click.

Waking up in the morning before the alarm clock goes off, or better yet; waking up before the alarm clock goes off and then realizing you don't have to be in work that day.

Being hit by a twist in whatever book I'm reading, game I'm playing or movie I'm watching that I never saw coming. (That bit in Fight Club, for example, I can honestly say I did not expect that, but on the second play-through I was surprised I missed it).

Getting an unexpected letter/parcel through the post that contains something good (instead of a bill or another doctors appointment for me to see the psychiatrist).

And lastly; getting a hug from my grandfather or just talking to him about stuff on the news. He fought in World War 2 so I respect him and love him to bits and also has prostate cancer so I know he won't be around forever so its best I get these little moments in while I can.
