Usually you get chocolate and vanilla together with a strawberry thing to the side because they match and strawberry is a fruit, I don't think it mixes well with chocolate, but it does mix well with vanilla...Shadowfaze said:ps. chocolate ice cream is anti vanilla? i think its anti strawberry because... well, think about that for just a sec...
I think you are taking one quote out of context and misinterpret it. I agree, as the MovieBob fan-boy that I am, that terrible but easily accessible movies can have a bad impact on good, but perhaps complicated movies. A parallel is MB's argument that FPS games are bad for the industry. That does not make him a "fan-boy", nor does it prohibit him from saying his peace on other matters, such as fairness. Also, just because we think one thing to be right, this does not make you invulnerable to still having pet-peeves.Pugiron said:This from someone that could not tolerate people liking the Expendables because that meant they were responsible for the failure of Scott Pilgrim.
Ding ding we have a winner! My dad always lived by the mantra "I am not biased, I hate everyone and everything equally." Ah but that makes us fanboys of the negative stance. Surely, by taking this stance we have offended all those are not biased because they love everyone and everything equally. You know who I talking about... wait I don't even know who I am talking about. Could such a person or group of people exist? They like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde on NES as much as they loved Super Mario Bros. 3 or Bioshock, or the original Sonic games, or Crash Bandicoot, or GTA IV, or Halo, or Just Cause 2.... phew did I name enough games to make that an unbiased example?Danial said:I found a fun and easy way around this.

NOOOOO.. you invoked Goodwin, topic closed...WaderiAAA said:"Fanboy" has become the equivalent of Fox News calling someone a "socialist" or "nazi" in that it is an excuse not to argue with you anymore.
Also don't forget how Bob like to beat the S#!T out Master Chief by claiming that he is the reason innovation is dead and that FPS's were dumb to begin with because they aren't Mario.Pugiron said:This from someone that could not tolerate people liking the Expendables because that meant they were responsible for the failure of Scott Pilgrim.
Lol Logic fanboy, unreasoned jibbering insults are WAY better.orangecharger said:Ding ding we have a winner! New Mantra: "everything is or will be shit"
If it makes you feel better....upgray3dd said:Did anyone notice how he had two pictures of Picard in the ending monologue, but none of Kirk? He is clearly a fanboy
Fairness in something as global and important as News Reporting is something we SHOULD have - and you're right, the BBC does it well by all accounts.Flying Dagger said:The BBC do the whole fairness thing. And it's so much better than having to suffer fox news.
And it's only natural to compare what you have with it's competitors, seeing as that's all you can compare against. fanboyism is just an extension of this mixed in with a hefty dose of brand loyalty, which is created by either good business practice or a clever marketing division.
We judge Gears of war by killzone because they are alternatives. You can't say "New Vegas has bugs, yet pong never glitched" without looking ridiculous, you compare to what you know.
