How much did the warhammer cost? Just trying to keep track of the money we got from Sten.
200g for the hammer and 55 for reinforcing the spear.

Zavier had learned early on not to be too offended by Farengar's way of talking. The man was a bit arrogant, to be sure, but easy enough to work with once you knew him. "I was hoping that you had a spare black soul gem gathering dust somewhere. I was also hoping that you might part with it for a modest fee." Zavier said, "There is one more thing, I'll be delving into some dwemer ruins in the Pale soon. Is there anything that I should know about any one in particular?"

Zavier was far from dim. Sten had coin enough to erect an inn for the sole purpose of attracting wanderers, adventurers, and enticing them along with promises of heavy coin and treasure, there was something else here. Whatever artifact Sten was after, he expected it to be well guarded and the task of retrieving it dangerous enough to turn away anyone who wanted to know exactly what was happening. The inn was the ploy, the treasure the lure, but were the adventurers the catch or the bait?

"Thank you, Mallus." Raksada replied. "Good to see you again. Here's a little token for your troubles." He set a coin purse with 100 gp on the counter, and then walked out of the meadery.

He headed then toward the stables, having completed his business in the area. Raksada had gained less info than he would have liked, but still more than he had expected to gain, and with that, his confidence improved somewhat.

With his beginning re-training done, Swims'Faster told the Nord working the forge he would be back soon and would pick up his spear and pay him, leaving the hammer behind to show his intentions of coming back.

Swims'Faster then walked down from the hill upon which the forge and Jorvasskor were located. Descending to where Belethor's shop was located, and seeing Jarek leaving the store just as he came back into view. He decided that to kill some time, he'd stop in and see what he had for sale. After noticing a series of books he found inticing, Accords of Madness, Antecedants of Dwemer Law, and The Real Barenziah, he went back up the hill to the parapet that was the SkyForge and sat, dangling his legs over the edge, and began to read to pass the time.

After a short while, he was presented with his newly reinforced spear, a mite heavier he noticed, though the spearhead was noticeably sharper, which he proceeded to strap to his back, picked up his new hammer, and slung it over his shoulder. He paid the Nord 300 gold, and proceeded to the town gate. At his arrival, he sat on the stone bridge leading out of the city and waited for the rest of his party to show, lifting the hammer with his arms, attempting to adjust his body position should he need to use it soon. Ready to pay Rakshada his first hundred gold, and hoping that word or even, he dared pray, a sighting of Quickkils in this area. He was prepared to leave this group as soon as he could should he hear word of her. His current contract would first have to be completed, he realized, and let out an audible hissing sigh.

Turing his eyes skyward, he dared to dream of the warm embrace of Black Marsh, and could think of no more hospitable place in the world. Thiss land iss land is strange, though ssnow... isss quite... fassscinating I mussst ssay.

As Faulgor disembarked from the carriage, he nearly broke the step the protruded from below its door, momentarily forgetting that it wouldn't support him. He ended up stumbling out awkwardly as he made what looked like an attempt to simultaneously step down and hop from the carriage. Swiftly regaining his balance, the Orc made sure his weapons and gear were present and comfortably secured. After collecting his gold from the courier, the first thing on his agenda was to get some food and drink in his belly, so he made straight for The Bannered Mare.

Farengar
"You're in luck Zavier, black soul gems seem to be high in demand today and i have only one left.. Let me find that for you."
Farengar walks over to the chest that lye just beneath the large map of Skyrim that he has placed beside his desk, after pulling out various petty soul gems me mutters;
"Ahh, this is what i was looking for"
He pulls out an empty black soul gem and hands it to Zavier, "Please do be careful with those things"
After standing back up straight Farengar stares at his map for some time.
"Well, it does depend on how far north from here you plan to head. Slightly North of Windhelm you will find the 'Tower of Mzark' This is probably one of the more famous dwermer ruins as not many people know how you even get inside the damn thing. Further north closer to DawnStar you will find one of the 'great lifts' little is known about either. Please if you find anything of interest do let me know, i've been somewhat lost now that the Dragons are fading away. As you must already know, dwemer ruins are highly dangerous so please do be careful"

Sten
Sten along with his Redgaurd friend can be seen leaving Amrens house. After a short conversation Amren can be seen entering the Hall of the Dead, during this time Sten decides to have a walk. To pass time he decides to browse upon the market stalls and he seems interested in a silver ring.

"Thanks for the information." Zavier said. 'Tower of Mzark' eh? Interesting, might be worth checking out, if it isn't the ruin that Sten was taking them to, anyway. "How much will the soul gem come to, anyway?" He slid the gem into his bag and pulled out a coin purse.

"And I thought they jailed thieves in this city." Zavier said as he pulled out three smaller coin purses and counted out another twenty septims. "Have you heard any word from the College recently?" He asked. It had been a month since Zavier had last visited Winterhold. He had grown attached to the College quickly, it was among a short list of places in Skyrim where the practice of magic wasn't looked down on.

Farengar
"Like i said, it is my last one. I was hoping to use them for my studies but i'm giving it to you out of generosity. The college has not sent much word to me recently, last i know is that they are still looking into the time-rifts that have been occurring since Aludin was banished. Please i am busy, is that all you want?"

"Much as I am loath to leave you and your sparkling personality, I fear I must depart." Zavier said, making a grand show of leaving, just to annoy the elder mage. Time rifts from Alduin's banishment? Zavier had heard that there were anomalies appearing across Skyrim, but nothing specific. Regardless, he'd have to look out for these time-rifts. Perhaps he could learn something from them, or perhaps it was best just to avoid them at all costs. He'd need to see one before making any judgments.

Leaving the palace, Zavier decided that he might make one last stop in the alchemists' shop. If he was going dungeon delving in a very lethal environment, he was going to get some magicka potions before they took off.

Sten Purchased a silver ring from Fralia Gray-Mane, he had obtained a amethyst from one of his favorite previous adventures and wished to embed it into a ring which he would later enchant. Unfortunately Sten had little knowledge of smithing..
Faulgor likes his heavy gear and Orcs do make great smithers.. I should find him to see if he would do me this favor.
With no rush Sten wanders around Whiterun doing the occasional bit of shopping and searching for Faulgor.

Faulgor was sitting at a table with a loaf of bread, a bowl of stew, and a bottle of mead with juniper berry. He knew they wouldn't be here long and couldn't think of much else he needed, he'd been well-prepared for most anything on this, much like any other, assignment. Contented with being alone for the time being, he ate and drank quietly, not being too mindful that the Nord was off on his own.

Sorry it has been a while since i have posted guys, been waiting for stegosaurus to post but he has dropped out of the RP so i will take over Anoke for now to wrap up his story.
Sten
I'd better go meet Amren soon.. but first i'd better get this ring and jewel to Faulgor..

Finally after some time of searching, Sten heaved open the door to the Bannered Mare, it was warm and welcoming and the Orc he was searching for sat at the far side of the room.
"Ah Faulgor, just the person i was looking for!"
Sten gave Faulgor a heavy pat on the back as he sat down beside him.
"I have a feeling you know your way around a forge.. i would very much like to get this stone embedded into this ring"
Sten presented both the Amethyst and Silver ring.
"Here."
Sten slid a coin purse containing 20 coins along with the other items. Sure he pays the Orc enough as it is but a few coins here and there should make sure that the Orc knows his services are appreciated.

The Nord
During the time in WhiteRun Draghff achieved very little, unlike the others he hadn't revived his payment and the very few coins he had were spent on the skooma that was swiftly taken from him.

Anoke
Remembering what the courier had earlier said.

Meeting an old friend eh? Maybe this is the opportunity i have been waiting for to confront Sten alone? I have been patient for too long...

And with that thought the Argonian made his was towards the home of Amren.

Zavier wound his way through the bustle of Whiterun's market district as he made his way toward his destination. The alchemist's shop was a small, well-kept affair run by one old woman. Across the counter there were various alchemic supplies as well as a crafting station in the corner opposite the door. "Just one potion of plentiful magicka, please." Zavier said as he approached the counter.

"That's 69 gold, anything else you need? I can do you some Alchemy training for a discounted price today if that's in your interest?"

"No, no thank you." Zavier said, counting out his gold and grabbing his potion. He left and returned to the Bannered Mare to spend what time was left before they left for the Pale.

Just for my own reference I have 261 septims left.

Faulgor was near the end of his second bottle of mead and his third bowl of stew when Sten entered The Mare and approached the Orc with a proposition. "Consider it done," he said when the Redguard slid him the jewel and the ring and even added a bag of coins. "Your generosity knows no bounds," the Orc said with a smile as he swallowed the last of his soup and chased it with the mead. He could tell by the weight of the bag that there were no less than twenty septims which would've covered the majority of the meal he payed for. "Well, I should probably get to the forge. I feel we may be short on time, but of course you're the judge in that matter." Standing from his chair he laid five septims for the barkeep, pocketed the rest of the coins along with the ring and jewel, gave Sten a pat on the back which was a touch heavier than the one he gave him, and headed out the door.

Knowing of the legendary Skyforge, though never having the chance to use it himself, he made towards the Jorrvaskr and up towards the overhanging eagle. Upon reaching the forge, he saw a large Nord hammering at heated steel and approached him to make introduction. "Ah, Eorlund I presume? I see the Skyforge is as grand as all the tales say it is, no doubt it's well-kept, with thanks to you. I am, of course, not here for just the architectural and historical inquiry, but rather for a request. I was asked by my employer to put embed this jewel into this ring," he said, presenting them both before Eorlund. "Although I would prefer to do this task myself, if you deem it necessary that all work done with this forge be done by your hands, I will have no problem with paying for services rendered."

Eorlund
"No please feel free to use the forge, i may be it's keeper for now but it certainly does not belong to me."
With that said Eorlund returned to sharpening the Spear that belongs to Swims'Faster.

Sten
With the task of embedding the ring complete Sten decided it was time to meet his friend in the hall of the dead.
I can't wait to get my hands on that case again, i might even be able to use it this time..

Amren checked The hall of the dead thoroughly before making his way over to one of the more simple coffins. With a great heave the lid was moved to the side revealing a case that was the length of a chest but not its width nor height. The case was covered in a smooth leather with golden patterns flourishing and a dwemer inscription lay down the center..

Faulgor nodded in acknowledgement and began the process of embedding the jewel. For someone with the smithing experience he had, it was no problem completeing the task. Once he'd finished, he bade Eorlund farewell and made his way back down from the Skyforge and began his search for Sten.
