I hate living with the knowledge that our governments want nothing more than to to control the flow of information.
Alright folks, let's put this puppy to bed:
The sole reason I'm not a member of the (alarmingly) growing masses of "Anti-Sec" (Note: People, better names, PLEASE) hackers is because while there are many powerful people that would love nothing more then to control information, the set-up of the internet will never allow that to happen unless it is taken down
for good. Now how many powerful people would really want to be responsible for the downfall of modern society in many countries? We live in an age where everything is discovered, announced, and saturated within minutes of occurrence. Public outcry and participation in governmental action is the only real action that needs to be taken, outright attacks on installations "for the good of freedom" almost poops out the foot it eats, there IS a great deal of evil inherent in any system, but it can all be flushed out if we all work for a better tomorrow instead of letting others do it while we boot up another game/movie/song.
Now if you'll excuse me, my soapbox is on fire.
