Hehe, I can't wait to see how this effects Shamus's Lets Play of WoW.

As for the game itself, well I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that essentially every quest has been changed in some way. Sounds silly, but holy crap thats insane.

YUS!! I can get my Tauren Paladin sooner than expected

Favourite class + favourite race coming together ftw.

I nearly creamed my pants when I saw Tauren Pallys in the Cata trailer :D

Well Blizz sadly I am too poor right now to get back on the Crackaclysm train but have fun to all that can afford it.

until i saw this video i wasn't aware of how much memories i have of those places. and as long as the barrens chat stays alive i am OK with change.

btw why do we horde players get stuck with a racist murderous prick as faction leader?

So Outland and Northrend are still the same? Might feel odd to do 60 levels of "OH MY GOD THE WORLD IS DYING" followed by 20 levels of NPCs who act like nothing's changed. Or did they do something about that too? That's not a new problem when it comes to WoW expansions, but it'd be nice if they figured out a solution.

Blizzard is going to release a free comic online saying why Thrall picked Garrosh. But I agree, it should have been Cairne. Infact, it nearly was, you know, until
Garrosh killed him

It makes me think of actually playing the game, since everything will be new (more or less) to everyone and I wouldn't feel any more lost than anyone else.
On the other hand, I will have missed 6 years of the game as it used to be and I'd get the feeling of someone standing there constantly repeating an inside joke I'll never understand.

Actually, The Grimtotem Taurens had been poisoning him for some time, so you could blame everything on them. In fact, Garrosh does, and then proceeds to invade Thunderbluff and kill off/push off the Grimtotems. Now, they are kind of on the Alliance side.

OT: Can't wait to play this Christmas Morning!! It looks so awesome! It just sucks that now I'll have to level up a Worgen Character (It was a pain to get my Draenai to level 50, and I am still trying to level him up to 80!)

sigh* I'm gonna miss old Azshara that place was so pretty, no one ever really went there. It was unfinished, barely any quests.

It's was an special place in WoW, so quiet. You could run through it and be luck to see one or two people, there in such large game with severs thousands but still find one empty land a dead spot in WoW. There was something haunting about it.

It made me wonder if the rest of the world will be like that one day.

Because of incredibly intermittent play, I never even made it to 60 over the year and a half I've been playing. I'm sitting outside Stormwind at level 50 now. I'm a bit sad I never got to experience the entire original leveling experience, but I'm still glad of the memories I've had with it.

I'm pretty excited for Cataclysm. I've been racing to get my Troll Shaman up to 80 before the expansion proper hits. I've only been playing for a few months, so hopefully I won't be missing out on anything cool after the big change, but that's a minor issue. Cata's gonna be awesome (flying mounts everywhere for the win!)

So that's it, then.

Come then, Deathwing, with all your fury. If you want to break my world, I will break you.
