Leisure Suit Larry - Box Office Bust. Not sexy or funny, and the platforming is like a reject title from the early 3D days of the PS1.

I'd have smashed the disc, but if the manufacturing was as bad as the rest of the game the disc was probably made of some highly volatile substance that would have blown my house up.

Anything on the Wii (I seriously hated that console).

Or Two Worlds. Or possibly Dreamfall: The Longest Journey.

MW2 but to tbh I can't really say that counts because I played it on 360 and controller oppose to a keyboard and mouse. But other then that I would have to say CIV V, mostly because I hated the direction it went.

Gonna have to go with either "Army of Two" for it's terrible graphics, plot, and gameplay...

or

"Red Steel" for the Wii. The way they progress the story through the "cinematics" almost made me vomit every time they came on screen. I'm not a junkie for gorgeous graphics, but you'd think the budget could have called for something better.

I agree, Two worlds was the most broken, unfocused, grating, and derivative game I ever played. But the worst is still Superman 64. I rented it when it came out and had the Nintendo power sitting in my 12 year old lap when I started playing it. Then I got thoroughly depressed when I realized that I would never get to use all those awesome superpowers since it is damn near impossible to beat the intro flying tutorial. :(

Kane and Lynch: Dead Men

So bad on so many levels.

Most dissapointing would be Dawn of War II, it took what was good from the first, got rid of most of it, added almost nothing other than more micromanagement, and to top it off, used GFWL. Good way to kill a series by gum! Glad they're getting rid of it in their next games.

Lair. I bought and returned the game as used on the same day. I ended up losing 30 bucks but I was so pissed at how unplayable the game was that I drove back to game stop 2 hours later and returned it.

off road thunder 2 or something like that... is was on the PS1 was a racing game and suffered from an impossible glitch. besides looking dirty, pixely and and some of the worst controller lay out it had the cardinal sin of impossible missions. And i didn't just suck, There was literally no way to beat this one race.

FOR THE RECORD: again im not sure it was actually called off road thunder 2. But it was a racing game about SUVS usually off road it was also on PS1. basically i'm saying this so if i am wrong and you really liked off road thunder 2 please don't flame me.

Lost Planet. It was a boring game with same-y levels all the way through and awful story.

For lack of something more interesting I can recall, I'm just going to go with any of the fitness "games" for the Wii.

CoD series past #3.
Oh fuck off.
Aside from CoD4's decent campaign, name one redeeming feature or anything remotely interesting/not broken.

Can't? Didn't think so.
What you mean aside from the multi-player challenges, interesting maps, great level design, Attention to detail, and story? What was broken?

And honestly the single player campaign is the entire game! it's an military FPS! If the Campaign is good, its a good game.

you want to experience the worst games ever without ever having to play them? Check out the "Angry Video Game Nerd" on screwattack.com.

On a side note you can catch MovieBob's show "The Game Overthinker" on that site too.

The most frustrating thing about DOW2 isnt that, though its frustrating, its that they sell you the DVD, it has all the files to install the game on your drive, and it STILL makes you download them through Steam. All 7+ gigs worth. Why did I buy the DVD again?

I liked the story and found it pretty engaging but beyond the SP campaign it didnt offer half as much as DOW1 and the army painter not letting you have custom badges took some of the fun out of it for me (apparently this has to do with GFWL regulations or something, so even more fail on the GFWL front I guess).

For me the personal worst game I played was Elite. I never understood the cult appeal. I guess its the Eve Online of its generation - uninspired, bland, and boring.

Mouse Hunt Hotel I think it was called. A shitty Game Boy game that is goddamn impossible. Could never get past the first level.
