In the days of V1 there were very popular threads from one poster (I forget) that asked personal questions maybe specific to make everyone uncomfortable.

I think that was Colour Scientist.

I think that was Colour Scientist.

Took me ages to realise that "Colour Scientist" meant a scientist that does science things with colour (or was a reference to one that did), rather than someone that outranks a scientist the way a Colour Sergeant outranks a Sergeant.
