considering he also vowed to ban internet porn I would believe he actually sad that.
how the fuck does this guy get followers?
Christians. Of the most crazy variety. At least, that's what I'd wager.
or maybe just a random nutter that thinks the world should be 200% PC
Heavy Metal music isn't politcally correct but all the music on Radio one about sex is?
Here I was thought provoking lyrics on political issues was a more well developed artform than some overhyped overpaid bimbo blabbing about how much she loves dick.
But I guess not according to this dude > >
Mind = blown

So glad we get less of these madmen in the UK.
well I think he still thinks the lyrics to every metal song are: HAIL SATAN!!!!!! 100000000X

You know I actually had to check the date of this thread 'cos I thought I was back in the 60's and this thread was one hell of a necro!

"Heavy metal like black sabbath .... Iron Maiden" these bands haven't been heavy for decades, heavy metal now is more ... heavy. These bands seem more like aggressive rock or something.

It is nice that it's not games that are satanic though, blood for the blood god and all!

Or claim they sexually assaulted you, that's worked so far
ture but i'm actually being serious. I imagine you could actually sue. You likley won't win but if your lawyer is good at his job he should be able to screw their chances of getting into office with a scandle

Are people still posting replies to that article taking it seriously? Jesus jumped up Christ, it is blatantly satirical. I mean, it couldn't be more obvious if hit you in the face with a fish. I don't want to accuse anyone of being thicker than three feet of lard, but you guys are leaving me with precious few options.

A bit late to the punch there Rick. All the hip politicians have moved on to video games as being the root of all problems in the states.

He wants us to listen to some wholesome Pat Boone? If he says so...

That's almost, but not quite, better than William Shatner's cover of Bohemian Rhapsody.
The best part is that Boone put out an entire album like that. "In a Metal Mood" is completely worth picking up.

Glad we still have Thrash, Power and Symphonic ;). What the hell is a $10,000 plate sock-hop anyway?
According to wiki it's a type of traditional school dance in America, called so because you take your shoes off. As for the $10,000 dollar part...the plates cost $10,000 dollars i guess? Which sounds kind of absurd. I think if your not American it may make the satire a little less obvious.
Being an American... that made absolutely no sense to me. Of course, being young might not have helped me understand that.

OT: To quote Jack Black, "You can't kill the metal. The metal will live on." This might be satire, but it still sounds very believable.
