Tie between EA, Activision-Blizzard and Ubisoft.
Never played Capcom/Konami/Whoever games, though from memory people had problems with at least one of them, but EA, Activision-Blizzard and Ubisoft are all turds that need to die.
The Devs aren't evil [Most of the time], just utterly incompetent in some factors. These publishers however... f*** them all.

-Refuses to update tech to meet standards
-Pretty much gave up on people who love games for the new casual crowd
-Letting garbage third party developers run rampant with their software library
-Purposely holding off releasing pikmin 3 for 8 years even though they know that would've been the kind of game we wanted
-Not giving Intelligent Systems the time of day (mountain of evidence on this one)
-Not letting Retro Studios make original IPs
-Only halfway decent game that came out in the entire year of 2011 was Zelda
-Announcing third party support while shamelessly saying that they are only games that are either already out or games that will be out for a while when the WiiU comes out
and there's plenty more.
And I know what some of you might say that doesn't make them Evil just stupid but what makes it evil is that they do all these things and pretty much know they are the wrong things to do and still look at me saying "Remember us it's good old nintendo please buy our system to play that game you've wanted forever and then never ever making another game you want again."

I wouldn't say pieces of shit, I'd say that they're games targeted at a different audience which therefore should not be judged in the same way. Because, funnily enough, it's like comparing a romantic comedy and a horror movie for example. They just don't fit the same standard. I'd argue that Blizzard and Epic Games could be considered "evil", in-so-far-as they have been constantly adding extra layers of DRM, premium "extra" content, and other bullshit into their rather lackluster games (currently). Most of the time simply to see how far gamers will go to put up with; and even defend; the companies decision.ResonanceSD said:
Saddest part of it all is the fans have been extraordinarily fervent in their defense. In the case of Diablo 3, I've seen people being even more hypocritical over the games bullshit then the Bioware fans were over the on-disc/Day-1 DLC for Mass Effect 3.

It's funny, you kind of remind me of a guy I used to date in the fact that he was the kind of person who had unreasonable standards for things and tried to impose those standards on others, hating things without actually giving a proper reason why.

That's their business model in a nutshell. They're a developer in the same way that a holding company is the company that it owns. I.e. they're the same to people who don't know what the difference is.
