which Red? There's at least two. One's a christian band, the other is something else. The christian band one is pretty good.

My picks: If solo artists count as bands, then Ke$ha definitely wins, but I think more people are realizing she sucks. The sad thing is that she doesn't seem to think so.

Have you heard their newest album? It's better than their first one. I'm not partial to "Hide" either. Or Already Gone. Pieces, on the other hand is a pretty good song.

Controversial, this opinion may be.

I don't think they're the worst, but I do feel like Metallica is given too much praise. Only thing of theirs I really like is 'Enter Sandman'. Everything else sounds pretty samey to me (At least from what I've heard).

For worst band ever... Jonas Brothers take the top of the list for me.

And I'm seeing Linkin Park on here a lot... While they aren't epic or anything, they had some good stuff early on. I just think they're old news anymore.

I fail to see how Coheed is "generic" by anyone's standards. Even just their CONCEPT sets them apart from everyone else in the music industry.

The singer is auto-tuned. Screw that.

I totally forgot about Country music. I was forced to listen to 2 hours straight of country music back in '04 while I was in New Mexico, and that was enough to last me a lifetime. And the vast majority of rap/hip-hop music should go away. All of my friends in high school listened to either Nickelback or rap, and I have learned to hate it to the point that I want to punch whoever turns it on.

This may be controversial.

Nirvana - Just my least favourite massive band in the genre ever. Cannot stand any of their albums. I've tried, I really have.

I'm with you on this one. I just can't stand Nirvana. Hairbands disappeared because of THAT? Well thanks a lot, Kurt Cobain.

Also there's a band I saw on youtube once, can't remember the name. It was a bunch of guys dressed in robes and the "music" basically consisted of white noise. And they were popular. The hell?

I don't have a problem with people liking them, I just cannot stand their music. Not my thing one bit at ALL.

Nickleback really, really aren't that bad. They're really pretty average, but if you listen to a few of their older songs there are some fairly good ones (I do like Flat On The Floor).
