Probably a publicity stunt. But if it is true, then at least Vlad gave birth to someone who gave birth to someone who gave birth to, and so on and so forth, to someone who openly hates Twilight, yet still gets a paycheck with a minimum of four zeros for acting as someone he hates. Good on you, Vlad.

Here's a bit of trivia for ya: "The Impaler" is most likely just a fancy name given for the stupid foreigners. His real name was "Tepes" which is pronounced like "Tzeh-pesh", and it kinda sounds more like "spiky" than "The Impaler". Of course, the badass name is perceived as historical truth.

So yes, i can clearly see the resemblance to Vlad Spiky. In the hair, i mean.

Well he was called "The Impaler Prince" by his enemies for his very effective tactic of running enemy soldiers through with a spike and lining the road from the Ottoman Empire to Wallachia with the impaled dead soldiers.

Somehow, I think "The Impaler" better suited a ruler with curly hair...
