Am I interested? No. It reminds me of the Wedding DJ at my cousin's wedding, and believe me when I say I will never, ever hire one of those dorks.
Am I offended? No, why should I be? If other people want to embarrass themselves in a decidedly un-sexy way, then have at it. There are plenty of other fun, sexy, interesting party/get-together games that don't involve a Wii-mote.

A friend and I once talked about how weird it would be if there was a game called Wii Pornstar. This is one step closer to that
Who are you going to play this with? Which social group is this marketed to? The kind of people pictured in the video (God have mercy on their souls) don't fucking own Wiis, they own MacBook Pros and spend their time eating out at restaurants, not playing Mario.
The Wii is intended for:
-Kids
-previous fans of Nintendo
Neither of these groups are going to want to debase themselves on this stupid game. If this had been released on the Kinect for the 360 it might make more sense, but even then it's not exactly a vast untapped market, it's untapped for a fucking reason.
I can't think of anyone who would play this game, even a sex-crazed pervert is actually having sex, not playing a sex game.
You even need two players, so even the lonely, obese sexual deviant can't fucking play it.
