ANYWAY, its nothing personal its just that human trafficking is way larger issue in Taiwan than it ever will be in japan. I think it has to do with location other than the people being screwed up. Taiwan is easy to move people in and out because its an island. Everyone is constantly moving. (YES, I know Japan is an Island but they have more stuff ON the island whilst Taiwan has to go OUT and get more stuff therefore affecting the physical volume of people)
Of course this is a theory with an educated guess mixed in. All I know is what I hear from people who have traveled to those places.

What the UN fails to realize is that its fucking Japan, just like the US and guns or brazil and soccer, its a cultural thing that people outside of the culture will never really get or understand, can anyone who has never lived in japan really understand why this stuff was for so long accepted no problem? Personally I think its stupid of the UN to care, most normal gamers do not play them (evidenced by the fact 75% of gamers down right vomit at the thought), many are complete shit (played ONE, awful game), to top it off, Rapelay was never intended for sale outside of japan (amazon is to blame for this one), never made for a western, or international for that matter, audience. It was made by japanse citizens for japanese citizens, they could care less if someone in britain plays it, that not the intended audience.
The UN needs to stop caring what nutjobs who are pissed about another persons culture and actually focus on countries, say for example N.Korea, who have nuclear weapons and a leader who is out of his mind, instead of focusing on games.
