am i the only one to realise this are false pictures? first of all the quality is too low than standard plus no one else have reported on this
They're legit mate. The fella who leaked them was releasing a load of pictures of his play through (faster than anyone could reasonably be designing new pokemon and photoshopping images of them). There are even a few videos online if you know where to look. They've also been leaked by several different people, so unless this is one of the worlds largest and most petty trolling operations going, I'm gonna say they're legit.

Speaking of the designs, I'm not a huge fan. Not the worst we've ever seen, but I don't really like any of them and Greninja is a big step down from that really nice secondary evolution. I really want to like Chesnaught, but he looks "off" somehow. I think he just needs a few tweeks and he'd be great.

But hey, free Kanto starter, so no need to sweat it if you're getting this one.

Why Fennikin, why!? I might just not not evolve... I'm not a hard-core Pokemon player so I don't care about stats so it works out for me I guess.

Fennekin dissapointed me so much! I've already commented on similar threads, but this is an important issue and what not. I don't hate anthropomorphic Pokemon, but when you start as a cute fire fox, I want you to become a really cool bestial fire fox when you evolve. If Ash does not evolve Fennekin in the show, for once, I won't blame him.

Greninja is my choice, and I'll have Charmander and Torchic as my fire types. My tradition is to always go with the fire starter when I can only choose one, X and Y broke the chain. :(

Either way, once I can transfer Reshiram into the game, then I will have the REAL Fire/Dragon type. (puts on hipster glasses)

Another generation where one of the starters evolves into a Fighting-type, eh? Who's shocked?

Kidding aside, I like the designs for Chesnaut, and Delphox looks pretty cool too. Sorry Froakie, but with the possibility of getting my old favorite Blastoise back, I'm not taking you.

Sorry to say but these seem fake to me since none of the sites that cover the pokemon stuff that is legit have these on them and none of them follow the naming conventions of pokemon. That and all the supposed leaks are blurry and seem to primarily come from 4chan. Also keep in mind that the 'greninja' has been appearing online for almost a week or more now.

I find it funny that I was planning on either Froakie or Fennekin, leaning more towards froakie, but after seeing all the final forms I am going with Chespin, and getting a Froakie for the inevitable sequel/remake. Fennekin's final form is just disappointing imhotep. It could have been cooler, but it just looks pretty lame.

Chespin and Charmander for me, i think. From a practicality standpoint maybe i should go with Froakie and Charmander, but the fact that Froakie's evolution has his tongue out all the time weirds me out. I might change my mind if they've finally added some useful Dark moves i can learn it though because Grass/Fight would be a ***** against flying pokemons.

Just thinking, here, these weren't actually "revealed", were they? I see nothing of it on Pokememes, nor has JWittz made a video about it. Wouldn't this count more as leaked content?

Yeah, and I saw fake content which HAD Greninja on it, as well as another take on Chespin's final stage.

LOOK AT THIS AMAZING FANART! Then look at the official evolutions. Then look back at this fanart and cry yourself to sleep over what could have been...
Meh, the only one I might have liked is Chespin's, I saw this image and was hoping for a pangolin final stage, but the other two look very Digimon. Even so, while I like Chespin, it's a little too much like a grass-type Typhlosion in body shape.

I'm going for Delphox.

But I'm getting a girl, I need moar bitches on my teams.
Everything about what you just said is strange to me.

Anyways, really not liking the fire starter. Im thinking maybe the frog.
Dont worry, not attracted to her in a strange way.

Female canines are bitches, litterally. And about 1/4 of my pokemon are female, I wouldn't mind more to clear that malefest. (Not gay)

Its a joke, you know?

I think it would've been cool if they had made the starters' second types reverse the whole 'rock paper scissors' thing.

Like have a Grass Dark, Water Fighting, and Fire Psychic. Or something like that.

Idk, maybe it could shake things up a little.

"Oh my rival has picked the type I am weak to. NOT TODAY!!!"

Also, this is just a question for the general starters: But why the hell are Fire, Grass, and Water ALWAYS the 3 starters? It kinda makes sense for fire because in my experience fire is a hard type to come by compared to the others, but I never have known why they haven't shaken them up.

Well it's a simple type combination and shows newcomers how the tye triangle works. It's also the only type combination that actually works resistance wise.

I don't mind Delphox's outfit, I get what they are going for with it. It's just... why did they have to make the ear hair so ridiculous?

Wish you could start with the classic starters, even though I know you can get them in the games...
I'm pretty sure I remember seeing somewhere that in X & Y you start off with 2 starters of your choice, one of the classic starters and one of the 6th gen ones (X & Y are 6th gen right? Or did I miss a gen somewhere?)
Well that solves my problem...Squirtle, here I come...

Interesting they've gone with the fighting/psychic/dark secondary type advantages. Here's hoping that the next generation will actually change the starter types entirely and go with those instead of fire/water/grass.

I am a little disappointed that they've matched them so that the primary advantages are still strong and weak to the same types as the secondary ones. I would have preferred fire/psychic, water/fighting, and grass/dark.

But I do like them in general. Last gen's I thought were pretty bad save for Samurott, so it's nice to actually like all three of 'em this time around. I think I'm going to go with Greninja, though. Froakie and Charmander all the way.

That's never gonna happen, since Dark is immune to Psychic. Also, Grass/Fire/Water is easy for everyone to grasp right away.

Don't like frogs that much, Delphox is fetish-bait, Chesnaught is badass.

Looks like I'm making mine Grass this generation.

Of course, it does mean that Delphox is absolutely useless against Greninja, but then, who used starters to fight the rival's starter after they had more than one Pokemon anyway?

...Whoa. That's... That's pretty terrible.
I'll admit to being pretty picky when it comes to Pokemon, especially the starters (which seem to me to undergo massively altering evolutions anyway). But just wow. I had such high hopes for a fennec fox Pokemon, and that took a turn for the worse, didn't it?
And Chespin's final evolution looks more like there should be another one in there to make it make sense. (I'm not saying there should be four stages, I'm saying that final evolution simply looks too different.)

I never thought it would happen when I saw the first stages, but I'm heavily leaning towards the water one. (Although, not going to lie, I've been rooting for them to manage to do a decent frog one. Not sure if I think they really succeeded yet, but it's better than the others.) I think this makes it the first series where I favoured the water starter.

Or, it will be. If I ever pick up a 3DS and a copy.
