I think these look pretty cool. When Black/White were first announced I thought the pokémon looked pretty lame, but they're starting to look, well, not so bad.

Still, HeartGold/SoulSilver are by far the best Pokémon games I've played and I can't rightly believe they'll be beat. (before HG/SS, Gold/Silver were my favourite, so GameFreak got kind of a freebie from me)

Finally been confirmed then?

Looks like the grass starter's evolutionary line is a reference to how real snakes evolved. Overall I like the finals of the water and grass, but the fire looks retarded...

stand tall, little Wotter.

for all ill spoken of the 'mons in new games, remember that 1st gen did give us the potentially nightmare-inducing Mr.Pedophi-Mime, depending on how much you're prone on liking balding, creepy-smiling, pudgy, midget clowns

Okay, after serious thought and thorough internet searching, these have to be fake.

Fucking hell! It's just Dragonair, Rhyperia and Dialga!

The secondaries for Smugleaf and Wotter are probably true however.

The Grass type looks most interesting as it appears to evolve into a
Grass/Dragon mix which I find quite intriguing because, as I recall it, Dragon Pokemon are rather rare.

I'm sort of in the same place, except I'm traditionally a Fire starter guy who will be going with the water monster this time around. I'll be interesting to see what happens as a result.

Well, if this is legit, I'm thankful I only have to have the retarded otter until level 30-36-ish.

Yet again, Pokémon fails to deliver a good fire-based starter Pokémon. Not one of them has been good.

I'm actually kinda glad that my rival will end up with the snooty leaf-eel-snake thing, at least they'll suit each other.

Wow, I don't even play pokemon anymore and these starters flat out SUCK. I dont believe how awful they designed these things. It's like they held a contest for 2nd graders to see how could draw the nex gen starter line....at a school for retards.

That water type's final evolution does not look like a fighting type.

Also, Smugleaf continues to look more awesome than the rest. He's most definitely my pick. I actually like how all the Pokemon games have been rather balanced in terms of which type my favourite is. Grass in R/S and B/W, water in G/S and D/P, and fire is the odd one out, only being my favourite in R/B.

There is no point in me trying to not buy the next Pokemon game, I can try as hard as I like its going to eventually get me... As far as the evolutions go, really how can they all compare to the greatest Pokemon of them all...

Sorry Funk but Dragonite still holds a special place in my heart over Dragonair.

I loved him when I was 12 and still love him 7 years later, if I ever stop finishing every version of a Pokemon game with 6 Dragonites as my party I've obviously gone insane(r).

And yet, credible sources that have previously leaked accurate Pokemon B/W data say they're legit. Obviously we have nothing 100%, but I know which side I'm inclined to trust.

They can post as many fake pictures, posts claiming pictures to be fake and anything similar to the first two as they want its never going to take away the nerdy pre release debates, I mean what else are we suppose to do while we wait for a game to come out...

I hope they aren't the fire evolutions, they look terrible!

Water evolutions look a bit mishmashed and random too. Grass evolutions are really nice though, wouldn't quite like for them to be genuine.

Water/fighting? Hmmm, I would have preferred Water/Ground or something, maybe even just Water/Normal and take advantage of some resistances and huge hitpoints.
Grass/Dragon makes up for it 100fold though, awesome, awesome stuff.
