Tanis - As in Tanis Half-Elven from DRAGONLANCE
"According to humans, half an elf is but part of a whole being. Half a man is a cripple."

1 (or) _ - Cause most sites want you to have something that's not a letter

Lionheart - Squall Leonheart, from Final Fantasy VIII.
" ...Whatever."

Both parts of my user name were chosen around the time I started REALLY getting into my hobbies and went from being someone who played video games, to being a GAMER.

Same goes for getting into anime/manga comics/sci-fi & fantasy books/etc.

Allen Walker's innocence name from D.Gray Man. It's also called Crown Clown, but I liked God's Clown better.

It's the name I came up with one day when trying to imagine a Canadian Transformer (or to be more precise, a Transformer that landed in Canada). He's a snowmobile.

My chemistry teacher would never call anyone by their name... everyone had a semi-mocking nickname. Mine was "ion" (obvious reference to chemistry plus a clever pun on my real name, Ian). After awhile I thought it was a pretty bad ass nickname. "Ion". It sounds cool. I mean, there must be a reason every sci fi and its grandma uses it as a prefix for some sort of weapon, even if the weapon doesn't make sense as being "ionic".

Anyway, the rest is from a desire to imply that I am not irrevocably committed to any one viewpoint, and can consider any point of view, and thus the double negative nonsense word "IN-negative". Of course, that would technically make me positive (but shhhh shut up).

Then I mixed all those considerations together and found that it sounded really cool if said as one word "innegativeion". Thus, my user name.

I wanted to go with Creepy Uncle, but someone suggested that might not be the best idea. So I just jammed the keyboard and came up with this.

Then I drank a beer, and cried silenty.

The story behind my UN is really rather boring. I needed a name for my character in Baldur's Gate 2, so I sat around trying to come up with something that would sound vaguely appropriate, and this was the first thing that came to mind.

I then used the same name for my first WoW character, and it then became my default handle for all internet related activities.

Gideon was a biblical figure that tricked some invaders (Midianites) by having his small group of soldiers light torches and wail on trumpets around the enemy camp at night, making it seem that they were surrounded by a much larger number of troops. The invaders retreated even though they vastly outnumbered Gideon's forces.

Kain is a dragoon from Final Fantasy IV (2 US)

When I first played Halo I was young enough that my two favorite games at the time, Metroid Prime, and Star Wars Bounty Hunter, dictated everything for me. So my name for halo was a combination of the titles, Prime Hunter. When I finally started playing online Prime Hunter was already taken, but at the time I had played Halo 3 which made you use a 3 character ID as well, I chose H01, H for hunter, 01 because its a prime number. And it has been long enough that it has sentimental value. I considered starting to use Hurricane Isaac, after Hurricane Isaac happened, but I would feel weird without being Prime_Hunter_H01.

Back in the early days of Advanced Dungeons and Dragons, the "Bard" class was sort of the "Jack of All Trades Master of None". Guess I could relate since I've picked up a bunch of diverse yet totally unrelated skills over the years (muay thai, guitar, SCUBA diving...).

And I'm a student of Zen Buddhism

From AD&D to ADHD, I guess.

Likalaruku (Lih,kah, lah, ruh, kuh). A name I picked up in the late 90s when I started listening to music from several other countries because I hated everything on the radio at the time.

Lika = Leecha = My least favorite song on Gackt's MARS album.
Laruku (Lahrk) = Short for Rarukunshiiru or rather L'Arc~en~Ciel = A Jrock band I wasn't very fond of...Except for Sugizo.

So yeah, my name is convoluted & based on things I disliked in the late 90s.

2588 is my birth date (February 5th, 1988)

Shoggoth is a monstrosity from space I think...written about by Lovecraft. It/they are not as popular as Cthulhu or, Nyarlathotep, etc but stuck with me since I have a terrible memory and I feel like I change my opinion on things often. Like the Shoggoth, which is an amorphous blob that takes on many, many different shapes and, forms.

I didn't realize Gackt was doing solo stuff in the 90's...my understanding was that he was with Malice Mizer until about 99 or 2000.

I was diagnosed as schizophrenic while in highschool, and teens being teens, generally took the piss. Then became part of a shortlived and rather crappy CounterStrike clan wherein I took the screen name of SchizoBoy, but one of the guys kept mispronouncing it hence it became SckizoBoy which I took on to here...

The avatar simply reflects my morbid interest in mortality and my general sense of melancholia... -_-

Divine Miss Bee

my mother always used to call me "the divine miss bee" when she got mad at me, instead of just "bee." for example, "does the divine miss bee feel like stirring herself to do the dishes?" or "does it offend the divine miss bee if i ask you to babysit your brother tonight?" i've always maintained that no matter what's on your birth certificate, your real name is what your mother calls you when she's angry, so i started putting "divine miss bee" as my username for just about everything.

and the idea behind the charmander avatar was inspired by Jack and Calumon. the idea is that you're just sitting here on the forums talking to me and my charmander is hanging out with us. i didn't give him a voice, though, because all he can say is "charmander."

Mine is a shortening of "Shinsei Joutei" which comes from a Japanese translation of the words "divine" and "lord" and though someone who knows Japanese may read it some other way the true meaning behind it to me is
"a lord of the divine who protects those they favour, ignores the irrelevant and smites those they hate".
I chose it because that's my idea of a god and my personality in a nutshell, minus the godly powers part.
PS. I don't have a god complex, it's just that I've been know to be in the extremes of kindness, cruelty and apathy.

Well, I'm a fan of Norse mythology, and Odin in particular, thus King of Asgaard came about.
The avatar is literally Odin surrounded by animals, so it's there for thematic reasons.

My original name here, long gone. It fell to the fire when my guild forsook me. (WoW). And cast me out. (A story for another time maybe).
So I needed a new name.

So it's two parts obviously. And I may as well start from the front.

Tiger.
This portion of my internet screen name came from my original stomping grounds of forum'ing and rp'ing. It was a furry comics forum. Anyways, one of my rp character's names was Calia, a female anthro tiger. And thats where the Tiger portion comes from. I still use that characters name and such to this day in many different incarnations, so it actually means something to me. And the name Tiger itself went on to be a new paladin from the one with my old name who'd fallen from my want to play.

Sora.
I believe at the time of the names creation I was rewatching, or had finished rewatching recently .Hack Sign of the .Hack series. In Sign there is a character named Sora. A Twinblade class character. (Thief/assassin). He was the antitheses to my days of playing WoW, where I was a paladin for my main. I was stalwart and did my best to been a good guy. But I always had my dark side I wanted to let out, and he fit the role. I wanted to be evil, it's so easy. But trust me guys, from life experience I can truly say that to be evil, fully self serving and all that, does not work.
But still I wanted to be, or have a face for it anyways. And Sora is just that.
Well not all just that, he's also all my snarkiness, cynicism and comedic self too. Qualities of my real self.

I could go on but I feel things getting rather long in the post.
So this is the basics of what you need to know of my screen name,

Tiger Sora out. *Helicopter top hats away*.

One of the things I was know for back when I was a child was my love of insects. With that in hand I would always put BUG on arcade game high scores instead of my initials. I would continue with using BUG in all console games as my main characters name.

Much later on when I started playing WoW I was looking for a name for my first character, a undead rogue. I was a bit tired and could not think of anything interesting so I used the random name button over and over again. Finally the name Euphan came up and I liked it so I kept it. I enjoyed it enough that when getting a name for any online use I tended to use cut or changed forms of Euphan.

Then came the moment when I decided to use my still main console game name Bug and Euphan together and got Euphbug. A simple story but I do quite enjoy it.

Wanted something that people couldn't deduce and preconceive anything from.

I plucked piinyouri from the air, cause I thought the wordplay was cute and knew most people would read it as "Pee in your eye".

I think I was playing .hack GU at the time so that's probably where the 'pi' came from.
