Boot Camp is just a utility for installing Windows on a Mac, since Macs use Intel's EFI boot firmware, instead of BIOS. Once Windows is installed, you can choose to boot either into Windows or Mac OS, and once yer in Windows, the mac works just like any other Windows computer (including running everything at native speed).Quadtrix said:Can't you already use Steam on Macs with their new bootcamp feature (I haven't been able to use this feature, since my experience with Macs is limited to the classroom)? I'd think that would undermine the point of adding Mac support.
Bbbbut it's more fun to assume that every person in a company should be working on [insert popular game series here].John Funk said:Marketing departments do not make games.

Always interesting to see the creative ways you people waste time complaining about stuff you have no idea about.DarkSaber said:Always interesting to see the creative ways they waste time they could be better spending making Episode 3.

Also, thank you for calling them Macintosh PC's in the article.
I hate how everyone calls non mac's PC's.
PC stands for personal computer!
Not to mention it can be upgraded a couple more times to make it even stronger, faster, and betterCaliostro said:I love the subtle jab at macs in the "I'm a mac, I'm a pc" picture.
For those who didn't get it, they compare Mac's to Portal's gun turrets, and PC's to the TF2's Engineer's Sentry. Portal's gun turrets have a sleek design, and look way more advanced... But they have limited firepower, are easily destroyed by being tilted, and can only fire in a straight line. The TF2 Sentry can rotate 180 degrees, does a lot more damage and survives a lot more.
Better question, how do you use all the alt-fire options when you can't right click. Snipers would have to get huntsmen automatically, probably in an aesthetically pleasing composite fiberglass frame with a muted earthtone color schematic.kevtastic said:I KNOW, mac users probably wont know how to switch classes
Possibly with the two-button mouse that Macs have been coming with for several years now?AceDiamond said:Better question, how do you use all the alt-fire options when you can't right click (bwa-hahaha)kevtastic said:I KNOW, mac users probably wont know how to switch classes
See my edit. Also if Apple hadn't pretended they'd invented the whole concept when they first came out, I'd be less inclined to joke about it.LeeshaJoy said:Possibly with the two-button mouse that Macs have been coming with for several years now?AceDiamond said:Better question, how do you use all the alt-fire options when you can't right click (bwa-hahaha)kevtastic said:I KNOW, mac users probably wont know how to switch classes
