She was my favorite. She actually had a fun time with it. Plus, her comments where delightfully nonsensical. The part where she was describing why she was using the word "gooey"? Priceless.

The first thimng I did when I saw the video was play the first thirty seconds. The second thing I did was rewind it to the beginning and watch it with my mum (while she doesn't play computer games she does have a sense of humour).

Right or wrong reading this thread is enlightening to the different readings/responses there are to the video.

It looks like that was the whole point.

And...
Having played the original Dead Space... nothing about its blood and gore is really any more shocking than anything in Aliens or Predators.

Well, its a good thing I never cared what my mother thought when it came to my choices.

Anyway, I was only hoping that it would go "some thought it was awful, some thought it was horrible, and all hated it. Except for one, who thought it was AWESOME." XD

When my mom saw me playing Dead Space she asked me if the poor disfigured people in the game could be cured of their terrible condition, rather than being shot. I was left speechless. My mom is awesome.

I rmemeber mine walked in and said something to me about about a game. She had asked me in inFamous if I needed to be a competely douche and lightning bolt everyone I saw in the street. I looked at her and just said well... yeah... but then its not as much fun. Then I let her choose whether she watned to save someone or fry someone and she chose the latter.

My mom is awesome like that.
