Unless there was actual evidenced that showed the woman herself forced or coerced the 16 year old to have sex with her I see no problem. If there's consent then there's fucking consent.

EDIT: The age of sexual consent here is 15. I consider this an appropriate age as most males have went through the necessary changes to be able to have consensual sex.
