I remember my life before the internet vaguely... It involved me playing with legos, playing the old-school systems, having fun outside, and generally being social.

Ohh internet, why did you have to fill my very, very low social quota I feel the need to obtain >.<

Played my Gameboy, watched TV, and was completely oblivious to anything that my sisters didn't tell me about.

Nintendo consoles and actual book encyclopedias (I read them for fun). Needless to say Wikipedia has been a blessing. Yeah, I'm that much of a nerd, thankfully that's not frowned upon in this site.

Hmm... Nowadays I'm more critical than I am creative, but my pre-internet life was when I learned the few (and not too polished) talents I have.

Hmm, well, there was PS1, but that's the only console I've ever played because our parents were never big fans of video games, and then PC games like StarCraft and WarCraft III, mostly strategy games... The rest of my early life focused on learning to draw cartoons and anime, making stuff out of clay (I once made wrestlers' heads like Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio... looked just like them :D), a TINY bit of singing (by myself... even today) and lots of toys.

Yes. I remember the days when I had an army of green soldiers at my command... I miss them. My aunt had them thrown away. Now I'm off topic because I'm reminiscing the emotional scarring I had when I had lost my army. People hate me. Everyone hates me. The darkness. It's eating my soul. *walks away sobbing*

Oh, and my accent and apparently "wide" vocabulary (that's what they say) in English was the result of watching TV more than anything else back then. :D

Video games, art, hanging out. Hasn't changed much, but now I have that I've never met in person.

I was born in 1991 as well, and I can remember AOL and dial up, but I can't say I recall a time when it didn't exist.

i was born in 85 so i had some time before the internet. and even when the internet really started hitting homes, i had to wait for a while after that. being poor sucks. but the important thing is i have it now and can forget those horrible times

I played PS2, GBA, and a select few computer games. I watched a damn lot of TV. I also dabbled in Pokemon and Yugioh, which is to say, I had a crapton of cards but didn't actually know how to play the game. Funnily enough, the first time I ever used the Internet was looking for a Charizard card.

I used a bunch of Dial-up Bulliten Boards ... BBS's. Almost too many to name. All you needed was a phone number.

I didn't get the internet till I was 11 years old and that was back in 2000 and I didn't care to use it till I was 13. Up until then I pretty much built things with lego blocks in my free time, played snes and dreamcast till I got a PS2 and was introduced to large amounts of internet usage when I had to start to check gamefaq for cheat codes and game guides. The rest is history.

after the internet

You know its amazing Im only 18 years old but just to see how things have advanced and changed so much is crazy. I remember my cousin having his N64 that we played all the time and loved and graphics didnt really matter. Nowadays everything looks so realistic and the how complex video games are is unreal. Not to get off topic though. I grew up with internet as well but there was a time that I didnt have it but it was one when I was younger and wouldnt even need it. Its weird to see that when I was little it wasnt around the house and now my younger brother who is 4 and sister who is 8 frequently get on disneychannel.com or something on our laptop.
