Good. GAME.
Waiting for it to come out on xbox live, or failing that, steam. It just loved it....

Spyro 2, the VERY first game I ever played, loved it and still return to it from time to time. Holds up amazingly well.

It was either Link to the Past or Megaman X. Sooooo many hours of my life gone as a kid and I'm not sorry.

Sonic the Hedgehog, waaaaaaay back when dinosaurs ruled the earth and no one had ever heard of "loading times".
well except for those unfortunate children who had to play on the commodore 64, amiga and the like.
Was'nt me :p

But seriously, I know the games were simple things, but you forget how quick they loaded on the early-mid gen consoles. Then the agony of Playstaion/N64 loading times and now the curious nature of console game installation which is a mix of both.

Starcraft / Pokemon Snap. The latter was the first game me and my brother owned but pretty sure it was the former that we played first / the most

Pink Panther Passport to Peril and some other adventure games (like Full Throttle) I also played lots of games on my old SNES, mainly F-Zero, StarFox and Stunt Race FX.

Half Life 2 was my gaming renaissance.

I was first exposed to video games when I got to play 'Tennis' (Pong) on a Coleco Telstar Alpha (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coleco_Telstar) in 1977. I've pretty much been playing some game or another since then, far too many titles to count easily.

A handful of my favorite games from the 'really old days':

Space Invaders (1978 - Arcade)
Adventure (1979 - Atari 2600)
Pac-Man (1980 - Arcade)
Galaga (1981 - Arcade)
Ultima II (1982 - Apple II)
Ultima III (1983 - PC)
King's Quest (1984 - PC)
The Bard's Tale (1984 - PC)
Gauntlet (1985 - Arcade)
Starflight (1986 - PC)

Super Mario Advance for the Gameboy Advance. Got it back in '05 as a holidays gift. I loved it, but I was so bad at it, I mostly watched my dad play it for me. I eventually got good enough at it to have dad watch me play. From then on gaming has been my favorite pastime.

Sonic and Quackshot. it's what we had when I was growing up and my dad played games too. Pokemon started my gaming as a hobby.

I remember play Ocarina of Time, or watching someone play it (I was like 3) but for me it was getting my first Gameboy, the Pokemon games got me into games in a strange way, they also made me read way better.
