I'd say the main theme of Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops. A song that went with a scene in the game so beautifully you can almost see the tears running down Hideo Kojima's face.
Warcraft 2. Seriously I've been humming the soundtrack for over a decade now.

Final Fantasy X-2 is not a particularly well regarded Final Fantasy game though I've never really understood why. It has the same astoundingly beautiful art design as any in the series, the characters are decent, even if you do want to pass Rikku through a fine wire mesh at high speed sometimes. And, most importantly for this thread it also contains some wonderful orchestral and particularly beautiful piano pieces.
Try and listen to the one below, it is the intro theme music, displaying intro credits. If you are to listen, make sure you listen to most of it, as you wont get a sense of the music if you only listen to the first 30 seconds or so.
I'm not usually one for classical pieces, but there is something so melancholic about it, makes me well up every time, and I very rarely do that.

Definately Ocarina of Time. Every song in the game from the title theme to the boss music theme is beautiful and creative. Of that game, "Lost Woods", "Temple of Time", and "Windmill Hut" are my favorite songs.

Apple Jack x-box 360 indie game with an amzing acoustic soundtrack, really helps cool of after a un named present day FPS that can be quite aggrovating.

Heh, when I saw this post I thought I'd have two at most. I ended up with 10 and managed to narrow it down to my favourite five.
5. World of Warcraft (original main theme)
If you're an avid WoW player like me you're probably sick to death of the Wrath of the Lich king theme. So let's take some time to listen to the original theme. A beautifully composed piece.

4. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (main title theme)
The standard Zelda theme would be the obvious choice, but has anyone taken the opportunity to listen to LoZ:WW? Now this is beautiful.

For a game that I found to be average, this truly had an incredible soundtrack. This one's probably my favourite out of all the Halo pieces.
