As for my own favourites.
"Your existence, it pisses me off."

"You must be the arithmetic man you add trouble, subtract pleasure, divide attention and multiply ignorance."
"Do you have to leave so soon, I was just about to poison your drink."
I've never had the chance to use any of these, except for the first one but by god I want to. To someone who deserves it of course.
Also speaking of insults, Winston Churchill was a king on the subject.

Winston: "Maybe so madam, but tommorow I will be sober and you will still be ugly."

You are a failed abortion, you should be retroactively aborted, etc. The really funny thing is that people are angrier that I mention abortion at all rather then the fact I told them they need to die.

At the moment I like calling people "dingbats". It's just so stupidly funny, and such a mild insult that is easy to get away with.

It's got enough bite to be useful when you you're telling someone off, but not quite enough to where you can't say it as a joke. Plus it's short and never misunderstood. Just an all around versatile insult, really. "Suck my balls" is good for this too, though perhaps somewhat more mild than the former.
