Raptor Call of the Shadows. Has theveryrealDarktalon said, the game was damn awesome. I wasted many hours on that game.

Dune 2000 and was awesome too.
Does Red Alert 2 counts? It was released in 2000 if I'm not mistaken?
Sim City 2000. Awesome game to be honest.
