Orc really is the only race.
Orcish fury is just an "I win at everything" button, regardless of playstyle.

I chose an Argonian because, since this is a fantasy RPG, I was gonna play as something that was as far from human as I can tell. Also, I can pretend that 'Dragonborn' is a racial slur for Argonians.

Woodelf - Stealth and Archery is silly - As well as Thievery and Daggers

So yeah this is a pretty simple question that I would be interested to know from people.

I am a Nord two handed warrior because they benefit the most for my playstyle.

Anyone else?
Precisely the same on this side. For the Nords!

I'm aiming to play as an Argonian Archer-Assassin type character as I'm only at the beginning and need to get leveling up.

I'm basically copying my character from Obilvion but too bad I can't get him to look neon blue in Skyrim.

Imperial 2H fighter with a lot of love for the school of Restoration. Paladin! =D
And I am such a pretty girl. No idea why I play female in RPGs. (Not MMOs though, I make a point of playing my gender when around real people)

As to why Imperial? Not really sure to be honest. It just felt right.

By day, I'm the pleasant young dark elf who very helpfully delivered that trinket for you

By night, I'm the shadow that you don't realise is moving until it slits your throat :)

I've made a Red Guard with the intent of creating Jack Rakan.
I've made an Orc with the intent of creating Obould Many-Arrows.
I've made an Imperial with the intent of creating Artemis Entriri.
And I've made a Dark Elf with the intent of creating Masoj Hun'ett.

I find it entertaining to pluck one character from another world into Skyrim and play how I believe they'd live.

I play as an Altmer mage/thief/archer/swordsperson. I'm not quite sure what happened, really. I intended to play solely as a mage, but... yeah. It's working surprisingly well for me.

Argonians Since Morrowind. They make great overall characters (not so much in skyrim). Usually play Spellsword with them ('Skyrim, presenting the dovahkiin-in the form of some anorexic lizard in a loincloth') EPIC

I also play Dark Elf just to show some diversity. plus they are also good overall characters.

Never play as humans. too mainstream

I play a Breton of all trades. Because I'm an indecisive little prick, and the Breton looked cool.

Nord, because it's Skyrim. Next I'll be playing a Khajiit because they've really expanded their presence and increased awareness of their "fluff" so for a start, I'm tentatively anticipating ESVI: Elsweyr, and I want to play a duel dagger wielding thief next, so they're a good template.

My Nord specialises in heavy armour, archery, and two-handed weapons; specifically greatswords.

A Nord! Because I am a Nord IRL! Strong and handsome and a great warrior!

....actually my Nord is a sneaky *****, and I'm not very handsome. She is great at stabby stuffs though! And I'm...not.

Ehh, not exactly. The only eye color the Dumner have is different variations of the red eyes, or pure black eyes. Despite the options, it's hard to not make them look like freaks. But you can make them look like cool freaks.
I meant more about the structure around the eyes, and the face as a whole. The default look looks like an old pedo, I can make him young and cool right? And are they all blue? (sorry for all the questions).

Oh, duh me. And it's cool man. :3
They don't have to look like the old pedo guy. You can change complexion and a few other options for a younger face. They do retain that brow structure, but there are several different types of brows to choose from, and different ways of modifying the brow.
And they're not all blue. They keep to that tint thought, from dark green to pale grey to blue and dark blue. Can't get no flesh color, and sadly, there is no paint mixer.

My main character is an Orc because the Orcs from Oblivion looked ridiculous and Skyrim's Orcs look fucking awesome.
I also made an Argonian thief/assassin with dual daggers. I really wanted to make a stealthy but couldn't get the hang of bows so I opted out of Wood Elf and went with Argonian for the Lockpick and Pickpocket bonus.
My third character is a Nord. I often come up with backstories for my characters so here it is: Raised an orphan, joined the Legion at 18, served ten years, quit and went to Skyrim upon hearing of the civil war to contemplate upon where his allegiances lie, with his fellow Nords or with the Legion he served?

Cool, Ima guess that I'm going to spend a loooong time on the character creator, I am a ***** for customization. Hell I might spend longer making him than I will a quest.
