I was raised to play games so I got into gaming by watching me parents play Tomb Raider, Crash Bandicoot, Abe's Oddworld, Road Rash, spryo and croc.

Halo CE. It was the first video game I tried that I could just sit down and figure out. I bought the Xbox specifically for that game, and that's how I started gaming.

The original Zelda on the NES. Still hold a soft spot for the zelda series because of it.

FF7 was the first game I fell in love with...Halo was the game that made me realize video games could fill the hole in my heart.

The original Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior, which led me into FF3 (VI) and ChronoTrigger. Unstoppable since.

I was always into games, I had an atari 2600 when I was 4, although I never had a commodore, I then went through the master system mega drive and snes accordingly.

I had a few years break though and then my next console was a ps1 with time crisis, played that but not seriously.... and then came the rpg's My favourite one for the ps was the first parasite eve, then metal gear and resident evil followed suit.
2600 here as well. Cept those where always casual. I really liked to play, but I liked to run around outside and destroy stuff in the woods just as much. Until the NES came along. After that it was all a long down hill run into obesity and loneliness. At least I still have my Cheerios.

Though I had been playing games for like 5-6 years I didn't get into gaming before I started playing Call of Duty 4 back in 2007. Shameful, I know but before that I only played games like FIFA and NFS.

That game also got me interested in military gear. Yay!

Mario Bros. Not the "Super" kind either, this was back when they were just the Mario Bros. for the Atari 5200.

Final Fantasy IV(2 U.S.) is what made me realize that games could be an experience, and not just a time killer.
