What weapons are you proficient with?

I have basic hand-to-hand training, and know an moderate amount of sword play. Other than that, still learning!
My firearm/ranged specialty resides in the M203 Grenade Launcher (confirmed headshot at 250 m)
but i maintain proficiency in M16
M2 (the 50-cal.)
M240B
and my old .22 cal. long rifle.
My CQB specialty is my favorite pocket knife
as well as my balisong and my old baseball bat (big stick, no love.)

Willpower.
Speech.
Knife sharpener. Don't underestimate a knife sharpener, it may not be sharp, but it IS a blunt metal rod about 8 to 10" long with a handle designed so it's easier to grip. XP
If you can speak proficiently enough, you can verbally abuse your opponent to the point where they just give up. Or make mistakes trying to fight you. Or start crying. Or you can get other people to join you. But words are the most potent weapon by far. Combined with willpower a man who speaks well can accomplish more in the field of destruction than anyone else.

Ahhhh... Lying to make myself look good to my peers (by the way, to any women reading this, I'm 6'3", 180lbs, ripped as hell, and drive a Mazaratti, I also make more than 500k a year, since I run a large internet company, and live in the Bahamas.)

Ok, now that the internet lying is out of my system, on to reality!
My Marlin 336W .30-30 Lever Action. I'm pretty damn accurate with it.
My Brother's Chi-Com SKS Paratrooper 7.62x39, it's just a solid gun.
My Vocalist's Taurus PT100 .40S&W. Not the MOST accurate handgun out there, but I can hit what I need to when I need to.
Knives of various shapes/sizes/functions. My FAVORITE is my 3" blade bootknife. Light, easy to use, and SHARP. I've also got a Pilot's Knife (like what our USAF pilots are issued-I'm sure that the 19 year old Chopper pilot knows what I'm talking about *snickersnicker*) that I keep by my bed.
I wont say I'm an EXPERT swordsman, but I can keep myself from getting killed against your average everyday houserobber.
I'm also pretty good at fisticuffs, just because I've had some NASTY experiences in my life.
My best weapon though, is my mind, and my mouth. If I can TALK my way out of a fight, I will.

Katana (Haidong Gumdo, Kendo), unarmed (Taekwondo, Judo). Australia's gun laws gennerally don't allow much firearm experience to most citizens, me included.
I am proficient with every weapon known to man, and even ones that aren't! Thats right, I'm pro with my GkHagatfraggleflizzbognot-0285751 Rapid Fire Laser-Phazer-Raygun-Gun-Blaster-Rifle.

Also, I don't consider waving what very well could be a fake sword around your bedroom adequate training for a real fight. Thats just me, though.

Nothing. Being the complete wimp that I am, I could not win a fight with anybody.
Except for knives. My friends and I used to fight with PVC pipe wrapped in foam, and when it was regular swords or spears, I would lose, but I could hold my own in a knife fight.

Hey, are you suggesting that the Elite Tactical Delta Force Spetsnaz, or "ETDFS", as we on the inside tend to call it, is not real? I'll have you know that I've served with the ETDFS for thirty years of my life, I'm also the leader, and have personally killed three million people. WITH EVERY WEAPON EVER.probunk said:

Most firearms, particularly bolt action and semi automatic rifles, as well as shotguns. Handguns I'm not as used to, the target practice I do generally assumes that in a bad situation I wouldn't be close enough to use a handgun in. Plus rifles and shotguns are more fun to practice with, and if anyone tells you a shotgun can't be accurate, you can take out a clay pigeon 50 yards away with full choke and buckshot. I'm also decent with throwing knives, that's something that I practice for fun, if I was ever in a situation where I had to use a throwing knife to defend myself then I would be in real trouble.
