My left shoulder gets sore for no good reason, the joints in my right leg (ankle, knee and hip) all aches solely because they can, my right big toe still gets sore from when I broke it last year, I can't put on any muscle mass because I'm lazy, and mentally I'm fucked up.

Well I have borderline Scoliosis, but I just think my doctors just say it's borderline, because anyone who runs there fingers alone my spine feels it go towards the right on the top and towards the left on the bottom. Kind of like a backwards S, but not as dramatic. And other than that, nothing much. I guess I can start feeling pain in my wrists now so I might have to watch out for that before it turns into anything.

I sweat waaay too much, even over doing the most menial tasks. And I'm constantly exhausted. There has never been a time where I have been energetic or hyper. I'm always tired, no exceptions.

It's not because I'm out of shape or anything either, it's just one of those things. I'm quite happy with how my body looks. I go to the gym whenever I can. But it doesn't seem to effect anything. The profuse sweating and tiredness remains consistent.

I also had cancer once, that was a barrel of fun.

I have terrible skin, it gets terrible rashes and cuts really easily. I also have too much hair for my liking, but that's dealt with by shaving pretty easily. Oh, and the vision in my right eye is damn near useless.

Unable to gain any weight, might not sound so bad and i guess it isn't but considering i am 20 years old, 1.74 cm tall and weigh 50 kg (for americans with your wierd imperial system that would be 5,7feet and 110lb i think? xD). I would be really happy if i was able to gain at least a little bit of fat so i could turn it into muscles. Luckily there are some women around who like skinny guys and not only big muscle bulldozer type of guys. xD
Heh, I have the same kind of problem. 6"2 and 154 pounds(69 kg).

I'm kinda unfit (working on it!), ugly, clumsy and hate running due to my ankles hurting when I do. But I realize that's kind of minor compared to many others here; not to worry, I'm a mental mess!

Nothing really... I'm lucky. I do have acne, but it's suppressed by medication. So it can be a pain sometimes and look awful, but most of the time it's alright.

You're right, I can say as a woman that I wouldn't go out with a guy who tries to make himself stronger because he thinks it'd be more appealing. Unless he was really weak and needed just basic strength, I find a guy working out sorta pathetic, unless he's training for the police or army or whatever. I just have a permanent grudge against masculinity. ANYWAY, yeah, please don't start trying to make muscle as soon as you gain weight :D

my right knee and ankle are bad. doctors aren't sure what is wrong but they like to give out especially when running or trying to walk upstairs. The stairs one kills me the most though. I threw out my back my freshmen year of high school. I habitually crack my knuckles/back/neck/wrists/elbows/knees etc... ADD, OCD, Asthma, and I wear glasses. But I love myself all the more for it.

oh and suffering from depression and touch deprivation.

I have... something... wrong with my right knee. It aches if I use it too often, and eventually, it will get to the point where it can no longer support my weight, and the darn thing just collapses underneath me. I've been to three different doctors, who gave me three different diagnoses, and been to physical therapy twice. It's still giving me problems.
You need to see a specialist if you want any concrete answers, like legit, find the best knee specialist in the country and get him to have a good hard long look, thats the only way you get a straight answer.

For me, my feet stick out really wide, because one is completely flat and the other has a good arch. If I straighten them, my knees point inward, it doesnt bother me much, but my legs fall asleep really often, I can still be active though. If I want to fix that I'll need to break my legs right up and get some hella invasive surgery.

Other then that my back is really weak, so I need to work out and fix that, my eyes suck so I need glasses and I have Aspergers syndrome and as a result I cant make fine dainty movements so my writing sucks and I cant draw or paint.

The whole left side of my body doesn't really work, the list of ailments on the left side is as follows.

-Lazy Eye
-Crooked jaw (though it's not too obvious)
-Scoliosis
-Reduced lung capacity
-Lack of coordination with left hand (seriously, I'm useless with it)
-Reduced function in left kidney
-Loose left kneecap

The right side is perfectly healthy.
So like this?

I currently got a fairly large blister on my foot where I accidentally stepped on an ember at the beach, and I'm trying to decide whether or not to drain it. (It's about the size of a dime).

My kidneys are very prone to infection and one of my ankles is very weak after I broke it when I was younger. They're the only things that cause problems, but in my mind there are so many other things.
My boobs and eyes are too small, my legs are too short, my hair is too straight, my nose is too big and my lips are too thin. My face is too square, my fingers are stumpy and my thighs are too wide. My feet are too big, as are my wrists, I'm too tall... in fact the only thing I really like about myself is the length and colour of my hair.

I have Pectus carinatum, that what you have?
I never had anyone diagnose it. I don't think it's bad enough to be diagnosed, at least it's not as bad as the first page on Google or what's depicted on Wikipedia.
It's just a bit ugly in my case. Not that I had much to show in the first place.

I was born with a sist (think that's what it was called) on my left eye, so it was lasered off, and I had to have a cornea transplant. I can't see properly out of my left eye because of it. Everything is just blurry when i close my right eye.
