I use Rainmeter, which allowed me to edit my desktop completely. The magicka bar is my CPU usage, the stamina bar is the RAM usage, and the health bear is my HDD. Obviously all the stuff on the side link to what they are.

(the thing in the top-left corner isn't a watermark, it's my Facebook RSS feed. I made it transparent because it ruined the look of the wallpaper.)
