I love every single piece of music in that game.
Also, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2.
I would often just put it on and let the music play in the background while I did other stuff.
Skyrim's getting up there, too.

Going to sound like a fan boy but Final Fantasy 7 love the tinny sounding music in perticular the song during the final fight with sephiroth (one winged angel)
Dawn Of War soundtracks; great swirling, rolling epic juggernaut of tunes to kill green skins and such.
Homeworld had some very atmospheric songs to match the fastness of space.
Company of Hero's and the original Red Alert.
The original Dues Ex game.
Quake 2 industrial soundtrack.
Some of the music in WoW is damn good, too.

Well a few years back I would of said Star Control 2, no questions asked.
More recently I have been digging the Super Meat Boy, Portal 2, Rock of Ages, Starcraft Broodwar, AI War Fleet Command and Bastion soundtracks. There are just so many good game soundtracks!

The very first time that I heard Lagwagon, Millencolin, Goldfinger, and Bad Religion.
Plus cameos for rage against the machine and a fledgling papa roach.

Otto Matic; especially from levels 1-10, and the title screen, and the game over screen, and the high scores screen. So yeah, every single moment of that game had REALLY good music.

but my main Number 1 game soundtrack is from Legend of Legaia on PS1

Catchy, upbeat, and sometimes truely epic if needed.
After just starting Metal gear Solid 3, I can already tell it has some wonderful music.
Portal 2 is truely magnificent. Top notch.
Last but not least, L.A. Noire. The game was ok, but the music was GENIUS!

I've love Skyrim's soundtrack so far. I also enjoyed Deus Ex: Human Revolution too. Then there's Assassin's Creed, all of them, and of course BASTION! There is one of those that I like a little bit more than the others. Oh and Demon's Souls as well.
