I have never just spooned Nutella into my gaping gob with bare hands or even a utensil. However, I am guilty as charged with peanut butter. Favorite snack as a kid was a "Peanut Butter Spoon" which was literally a spoonful of peanut butter.

Also, love the look on her face in panel 5.

to be honest i don't like nutella either, i much much more prefer peanutbutter myself (reeses peanut butter i'll eat like a disgusting pig, licking the jar inside out)

It's called character building.

Further reinforcement of Erin's status as a unmotivated slob and the other girl (I forget her name ;___ as the long-suffering friend who tries to help.

Not all the comics have to be funny. If we had the "Call of Duty/Battlefield Babies" style of joke over and over, I'd lose interest in the comic, as I wouldn't care about the characters.

Nutella is such a joke, "healthy hazzle nut with just a hint of cocoa" ya right. I tried that crap once and though it was actually cake frosting. Sorry nutella effeminately not something I'd consider eating. I got a jar and it just sat in there for ever until I finally just threw it away, way to sweet.
