Who died for you in mass effect 2?

I'm pretty sure that you can send anyone on the escort mission back to the Normandy with the survivors and as long as they're loyal, that whole group will make it back alright. So that being said, you could send a 'weaker' character like Mordin or Tali back thus ensuring they won't get killed trying to hold the line.

On MY first playthrough, I lost Jack on the hold the line part because she wasn't loyal to me and I lost the whole crew because I thought it wise to clear the rest of my side missions before going through the Omega relay... bad call. On my second playthrough, everyone made it because I learned from the aforementioned mistakes.

Thankfully noone died in any of my 3 saves but the first time ever i lost mordin,jack,miranda and zaeed even the ones who were captured especially kelly felt a bit sad. all my other saves everyone alive

My first playthrough, I lost Butch, Agent 47, Robocop, and the Cockroach Doctor. I had went into the playthrough completely blind because people who went and tried to play the game whilst looking after everyone so they had the "perfect" storyline was lame. How is that even fun?

It was a much more personal story, and by the time Shepard has to give his little speech, it meant a lot more to me.

The second playthrough, the one that I'm probably gonna use for the next game, I only lost Mordin. For some reason, everytime I send him into the vents to clear the way, he always gets blown away in the cutscene following it.

It was weird, because Miranda's a ***** and wasn't loyal to me because I took Jack's side. She still managed to survive.

I've never lost anyone during the suicide mission, got the formula right on my first playthrough and havn't changed it!

Mordin. So i replayed it. Twice. Because i still can't forgive myself.

I always seen Mordin to escort my crew back, save the heavy hitters for the final fight, and take Jack and Tali with me to see the reaper, that way I have a Biotic and Tec with me but don't leave these two (who are classed as weak with weapons) to fight the collectors.

No one. Aside from gaining everyone's loyalty, you have to pass a speech-check on Miranda's bitchfest with Jack, as well as Legion's confrontation with Tali.

On my first playthrough, I lost Mordin no matter what. So on subsequent playthroughs, I sent him back with the survivors. Other than that, I went with Legion (specialist 1), Garrus (fire team leader 1), Samara (specialist 2), and Jacob (fire team leader 2). For the final battle, I took along Jack (for her squad warp ammo) and Tali (because the collector general couldn't resist her drone).

I had this issue. When you chose the final rank of your class' passive abiliy make sure you choose the Mastery Specialization that gives you max Paragon/Renegade bonus.

I lost Tali as she was attempting to close the jammed door... at least I showed her some repsect regardless of taking Legion's side at one point that she got fussy about.

However, Garrus did a fakeout on me. >_>

It would be great if you could link all yor ME games (no matter the platform) and have a Cloud server where you can access previous Shepards (again, acessible to all platforms) to load your character. Though not being able to import on PS3 wasn't a glitch, just not possible because ME2 was the first ME game on PS3, though they did introduce Mass Effect: Genesis to give you a backstory from ME1.

Nobody, partly due to my OCD nature in RPG's to complete anything and everything. And another part simply having good foresight. Then there's also the obvious choices for who does what on the last mission. Like who I chose to go through the vents and hack the doors. Isn't the choice obvious? The guys who are good with computers, duh.

I would do a second playthrough to get everybody alive and all, but I have everything else on my name just how I want it (All Upgrades save a few weapon damage buffs, had enough Paragon for every Paragon choice, yatta yatta), so I'm just going to leave him dead and see the effect (Or lack thereof) it will have on the story.

anyway It was a good thing I was able to connect to the internet and dowload the cerberus pack, otherwise It would have ruined the game for me having to go with the crappy default decisions

Must be frustrating getting some of the worst ports on the PS3. Considering that the PS3 has decent hardware, you'd expect it to show at some point.

well its no surprise since ME2 was made with xbox and PC in mind, and the fact that the port came out quite a while after the original release

Im hoping ME3 will be better since its not so much an afterthourght, I mean I got it on PS3 instead of PC to avoid technical issues, plus Bioware doesnt have the same reputation as bethedesa when it comes to glitches
