In all seriousness I would really like to cosplay as:

Either Legato or Vash the Stampede from Trigun

Ezio Auditore de Firenze from assassins creed for he is the more stylish assassin

Or either Ryu or Ken from Street Fighter... because it gived an excuse to walk around in jim-jams. Okay yes Karate gear but still they look like jim-jams.

In Octover I will be Edward Elric (besides being a girl). In May I'm planning to go as Tifa from FFVII. Although I need to save money for a proper costume.

If I could get about a hundred other guys to do it with me would dress in a manner similar to Ezio Auditore. Imagine a hundred assassins charging at you with fully functional hidden blades. It would be truly epic and the hood could hide my face from any possible shame of dressing up like a video game character.

EDIT: If my armor looked as good as the ODST guy right above me I would also consider that.
