FF13 for me too. pretty, but crap and boring.

CoD: WaW. crap compared to CoD4.

Rock Band 3. another boring piece of shit

Gears of War 2. single player was good, but multiplayer was just shit, it just got noobyfied.

i try not to buy games at '$60' anymore, but dammit triple A games are marketed so bloody well.

Castlevania lords of shadow. It wasn't a terrible game. I've certainly played far worse games (Dark Sector and Tekken 6 come to mind) but I only paid $5 each for those because I suspected they would be lousy to begin with. If I paid $5, or even $19.99 I may have felt like I got my money worth but paying 60$ for that fixed camera button mashing bug-a-thon was obscene. I almost felt like saying Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time because I beat it in 5 hours, but truth be told I loved every second of those 5 hours so it wasn't a bad game, just too short.

I paid $80 for Call of duty black ops.
Worst game I have played since Oblivion came out.
Yes, black ops is even worse than Mass effect 2.

Worst game I've ever bought at 60 bucks...

Hands down...

Metroid: Other M. I bought it on launch day so there were no reviews out yet. I loved all previous Metroid games, so I was hoping for the best.

vvEnding and game details...vv
Playing through the game with all of your powers, but being unable to USE THEM until your ex boyfriend lover dad figure tells you, sucked. I have to say, the most difficult part of the game was running through a lava world where you take a ton of damage from the heat. Right as you get through it and reach the safe zone, Adam calls and says he'll let you use the armor that protects against melting flesh. UGH! His condescending voice also pissed me off. I died 3 times on that section, only to find out that Samus could have just given him the middle finger and activated all of her special powers to nuke the dang place, since that was the objective anyway(pretty much).

At the very end of the game, you are expected to use a superbomb. A superbomb that, throughout the entire game, everyone tells you NOT to use because it is too powerful. There's never instruction on how to use it, and you can't even if you fiddle around with the controls, either. You have 2 seconds to react to start charging it after the boss battle. Any longer and it won't charge in time and you die, so you have to restart. Worst game ending ever since it was so anti climactic.

There were a few cool things that came back from old games as little cameos... but other than that, it seemed like the whole game was just building up for New Game+. Heck, at the end...
Samus says something along the lines of, 'Adam left something behind, I have to find it by going in this door. HOWEVER, this door won't open until I've reached my full potential(collected EVERYTHING).

I had more fun with Lair and Bakugan: Battle Brawlers. No jokes... I play B:BB sometimes when I'm bored with Asn Creed Brotherhood and etc. games. Just goes to show that different games are liked by different people, I suppose. And to me, Metroid: Other M was a waste of money.

TL;DR

Metroid: Other M was a waste of money. The choice to add a backstory for Samus was awful. I wanted to play the game for GAMEPLAY, not half-assed story. Lots of loose ends also made it seem awkward.

GTA IV without a doubt. After all the perfect 10 reviews, etc. I was expecting an upgraded version of GTA San Andreas, not a wannabe 80's Al Pacino movie with added bowling with your cousin.

You are all such, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE posers. MW2? Fable III? Dragon Age? FF13? Black Ops? Halo: Reach?

You wanna get REAL schooling in bad games? I paid FULL price for Superman 64. You wanna talk about learning your lessons as a child through the school of hard knocks, well that is as bout as hard as it gets.

The most recent one I can think of is Aliens Vs. Predator. The only part that was good was the Alien campaign, which lasted 2 hours.

Hmm...

Halo Reach, I suppose. I loved it, but I just stopped playing it. So I traded it. I guess that would be the "worst case scenario" with me...

Er, but I love all the games I have in my collection, currently. If I get any bad games, it would be from a rental.

Left 4 Dead 2.

So freaking awful. Especially day time levels. I don't know about anyone else, but in my zombie world I like nighttime. Why?

BECAUSE I CAN'T FUCKING SEE ANYTHING AND IT'S ACTUALLY FRIGHTENING.
