COD series - because people always hide around the corner with a auto shotgun, either that or knifing you
Wow.. I guess I've just been blown up by nades too often to have EVER been knifed or shotgunned!
Lay in the grass with a P90 on a 4 player game in Shipment is my way of griefing because I like being a pain in the ass. It's more satisfying to fray everyone's nerves than to win. Left 4 Dead proved that.

A camper with an AWP in any CS. AWP is for people who don't know how to aim
And people say that martyrdom and last stand are for noobs, but I don't think so.
With martyrdom i do what the name says, run inside a room full of enemies and "sacrafice" myself so my team can do whatever they want
I'd beg to disagree. AWP's (especially in the older CS's) AWP's are probably the only sniper guns I know of that requires skill to use. Sure, reflexes are one thing, but having your target dead center in your crosshair and getting the bullet to smack him for a kill are two very different things.

Another thing that's extremely n00bish and only serves to piss me off is people who constantly use the tanks on COD:WAW... Not only because of their firepower, but also because they're so fucking hard to destroy. The quickest way, I found was 2 bazooka blasts followed by an anti-tank grenade. But this combo leaves you empty in terms of explosives for clearing rooms that harbor campers. I find that there are far more campers on COD:WAW than on COD4, but that could just be me.
Im probably the only one but i only play WaW for those people, i take an anti-tank nade and the satchels for every class and reguardless of anything if i see one on the map its going down :D. Rubbish at killing everybody else though, COD4 is the game for me takeing it seriously.

Anyway noob combos, ill say super-sudden-death+falco+the C stick back on Melee, aaaaaaaaaarrrrgggghhh that was deeply unfair.

I know it sounds stupid but I really hate people using the assault rifle in halo 3. You always start with it, but its so balanced that every one-handed weapon or close combat weapon nearly become obsolete and unnecessary to pick up. I just get so annoyed when I shoot someone with a shotgun or smgs, and they kill me by bursting a few shots and beating me down.

Also
SSBB: Picachus tordenbolt thing down from the sky, pits spinning attack and, and just snake. I hate people using snake in super smash brow brawl.

The donkey statue from worms.

In L4D, people who stand in corners and spam the beat attack to repel the hunters.

Last but not least: the noob combo in halo 2.
Whats wrong with snake? Any good player can beat him, I play as him and one of my friends plays as the uber pro character meta knight and i'm dead in three seconds.
I just think every attack he has are too strong. I always get served when a friend of mine uses him. Marth (or what his name was again), have very strong attacks, but he is at least slow.

In Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe I have to say that it is scorpions teleport move. All people do is spam that move. I find it extremely aggravating since I want to play for fun and spamming isn't fun.

Spawncamping.

Camping.

Mines. Planting them to defend stuff, fine. But when there's mines in completely random places, like in the middle of a forest in the middle of nowhere, where it's impossible to be ready for them and see them... that's just cheap.

AWP is THE noobtube. It hits exactly where the crosshair points, there's no snipersway, the bullet travels at lightspeed and it doesn't matter do you hit someone to the head or hand.

Sniper rifles like Scout etc. take skill. With AWP you can just aim at a tunnel/corridor and wait. Actually, I think you could defend just about any CS-map with 2-3 AWPs. Rest of the team could just chill in the spawn and giggle at spray images.

Every noob tactic has even easier counter if the game is balanced.
Unfortunately poor balance is pretty big problem in games.

If that's the case, how come I can't own as easily as you say with the AWP in the old (stress OLD v1.3, haven't gotten into Source) versions? Sorry, but sniping with that takes skill, it's not an auto-kill button. Multiple AWP wielders are hard, but not impossible (A well-placed HE grenade is almost always enough to distract them, especially in the choke points of de_dust).

The worst noob combo?
Your face and your mouth. Okay, okay, I'm kidding.

I've always passionately hated the grenades in CoD4, as they always seemingly fly from the other end of the map, through small gaps and windows in buildings and fuckin' ratholes, and they land exactly in front of me (I'm talking about the multiplayer).

And if that doesn't succeed, the jump-out-of-the-corner-and-kill-me-in-one-hit-with-a-knife thing always helps them (in killing me).

Wofenstein Enemy Territories

I love the game, but once or twice I've been on the recieving end of the worst spawn camping I've ever seen/heard of. Mortars... There's a level where the Allies (I think) spawn in a small cabin, and once the Axis set up their mortar (and most likely a field ops, to give them ammo)they just spam away. The worst part is that if i recall correctly the blast radius goes through the walls, so you often die the moment you respawn.

I don't know that its unbeatable, but it certainly seemed unbalanced to me.

PS. I do acknowledge that I suck badly at most games FPSs especially, but I assume the other players on my team were at least decent.

Team Fortress 2 has a really unforgiving difficulty curve for 'n00bs'. You can guarantee you'll end up in a server with seasoned veterans who hunt 'n00bs' for sport (at least, this happened to me...)
On TF2, the Pyro is the worst class to face as a n00b, closely followed by the Engineer and those damn turrets... both incredibly irritating for those new to the game.
