Lay in the grass with a P90 on a 4 player game in Shipment is my way of griefing because I like being a pain in the ass. It's more satisfying to fray everyone's nerves than to win. Left 4 Dead proved that.sirsolo said:Wow.. I'd beg to disagree. AWP's (especially in the older CS's) AWP's are probably the only sniper guns I know of that requires skill to use. Sure, reflexes are one thing, but having your target dead center in your crosshair and getting the bullet to smack him for a kill are two very different things.ph3onix said:A camper with an AWP in any CS. AWP is for people who don't know how to aim
And people say that martyrdom and last stand are for noobs, but I don't think so.
With martyrdom i do what the name says, run inside a room full of enemies and "sacrafice" myself so my team can do whatever they want
Im probably the only one but i only play WaW for those people, i take an anti-tank nade and the satchels for every class and reguardless of anything if i see one on the map its going downSkitchy said:Another thing that's extremely n00bish and only serves to piss me off is people who constantly use the tanks on COD:WAW... Not only because of their firepower, but also because they're so fucking hard to destroy. The quickest way, I found was 2 bazooka blasts followed by an anti-tank grenade. But this combo leaves you empty in terms of explosives for clearing rooms that harbor campers. I find that there are far more campers on COD:WAW than on COD4, but that could just be me.
I just think every attack he has are too strong. I always get served when a friend of mine uses him. Marth (or what his name was again), have very strong attacks, but he is at least slow.SL33TBL1ND said:Whats wrong with snake? Any good player can beat him, I play as him and one of my friends plays as the uber pro character meta knight and i'm dead in three seconds.Gormers1 said:I know it sounds stupid but I really hate people using the assault rifle in halo 3. You always start with it, but its so balanced that every one-handed weapon or close combat weapon nearly become obsolete and unnecessary to pick up. I just get so annoyed when I shoot someone with a shotgun or smgs, and they kill me by bursting a few shots and beating me down.
Also
SSBB: Picachus tordenbolt thing down from the sky, pits spinning attack and, and just snake. I hate people using snake in super smash brow brawl.
The donkey statue from worms.
In L4D, people who stand in corners and spam the beat attack to repel the hunters.
Last but not least: the noob combo in halo 2.
AWP is THE noobtube. It hits exactly where the crosshair points, there's no snipersway, the bullet travels at lightspeed and it doesn't matter do you hit someone to the head or hand.Syntax Error said:I'd beg to disagree. Unfortunately poor balance is pretty big problem in games.Kukul said:People who ***** because they were pwned in a particular way and "thats for n00bs" are the true newbs.
Every noob tactic has even easier counter if the game is balanced.
If that's the case, how come I can't own as easily as you say with the AWP in the old (stress OLD v1.3, haven't gotten into Source) versions? Sorry, but sniping with that takes skill, it's not an auto-kill button. Multiple AWP wielders are hard, but not impossible (A well-placed HE grenade is almost always enough to distract them, especially in the choke points of de_dust).Unknower said:quotage
