He's an entertainer, and he's chosen to entertain gamers. If you agree with him, you agree with him. If you don't agree with him, you don't agree with him. I personally watch his reviews, crack up at the jokes I find funny.
If I play a game AFTER he reviewed it, I go "huh. Yeah, he's right", or "No, he's wrong about that". If I play a game BEFORE he reviews it, I go "oh, that's what he thought about that?".
I take him seriously as seriously as I would take an entertainer, but I don't think his opinion is the end-all-be-all review of a given game.
