Is it a never-ending stream of mooks, a bunch of dudes until all of one party is dead, or the Invincigiganticlyevilmegadeathbotraptorsaurus?
If it's harmless mooks, then I'll go for a Bouncer (Bioshock), Von Hohenheim (Full Metal Alchemist) and Gordon Freeman (Half Life)
For a bunch of dudes in a fistfight, probably Mike Thorton (Alpha Protocol), Batman (Do I really need to tell you?) and Beatrix Kiddo, AKA Black Mamba, AKA The Bride (Kill Bill)
