If it was just moments before death I'd say "Finally..." because by that point I'd be bored out of my mind after falling for so long.

Well, scream in terror and fear for the first little while before coming to my senses and remembering that this is exactly how I wanted to go out. If I'm falling over an urban area, I'd aim for a parked car; if suburbs, I aim for a pool; if anywhere else, I'll pick the most convenient target.

I wouldn't have any thoughts, I wouldn't even register that I was falling till right before I hit the ground.(Not a morning person)
