"The Hunt" has to be the meanest cliffhanger ever.

Speaking of endings, how the F do you make a tv show that starts every episode saying "there can be only one", run it for like 8 seasons, AND NOT HAVE THE ENDING EPISODE SITTING IN THE CAN WAITING? Why yes, I am ranting about Highlander.

Space: Above and Beyond. It was the Firefly of the 90s, man! Awesome sci-fi show based around a squadron of starfighter pilots, cancelled after one season and ending on a really bad cliffhanger.

I'd love to see that make a comeback.

A show named Cyber Six. God I just loved that show as a kid. Superbly done.

Hmm. My obvious first choice is Firefly. But that's too common.

So instead I'll go with two excellent shows which, while they were both sort of given time to "wrap things up", were still cancelled way too soon: Sports Night and Studio 60. Especially Sports Night. Fucking loved that show.

Call me an old timer, but Hogan's Heroes. It wasn't really cancelled, cause Bob Crane got murdered, but if i had magical time reversal powers i would make sure he didn't die so they could make more of that show.
