Earth 2. I re-watched the series on DVD a while back and it was just so awesome. It couldn't last very long, maybe only 3-4 seasons, but I really want to see this show reborn.

Firefly. [...] First FOX plays the episodes in the wrong order, then blames the show for the low amount of viewers.
They did that? NBC did the same thing with Earth 2 back in the day. What is it with TV networks and sci-fi shows?
...and looks like I need to watch Firefly.

Caprica, it was absolutely amazing, and the only reason it was cancelled is because more people downloaded it than watched it on TV. One of the best sci-fi series ever, and it's rare for a sci-fi series to cross far more with drama then with action, yet it was pulled off so well.
While it was taken off the air before its series finale, the remaining five episodes were already finished and were added to the DVD release. So technically it did finish unless the writers were planning to extend it had the rating been higher.

Roughnecks:A Starship Trooopers Chronicle. For being a family-friendly show, it's one of my favourite science fictional anythings. It has a script for the ending, but no one picked it up.
Yes, yes, this a thousand times. It's one thing to cancel a series, but its even more painful when the series has only three episodes left.

I would choose everything that had Summer Glau. Because Glau.
(Firefly, the Chronicles, The Cape, etc...)

Just one? My tops picks would be either:
Megas XLR
Firefly
Farscape
Heroes (and maybe have every season after the first redone. Goddamned writer's strike...)
Samurai Jack
Symbonic Titan
Transformers Animated

...Yes, I know most of these are cartoons. Don't judge me.

Anyone who doesnt say Firefly has no soul.
Fuck all those lies and Glen Beck, canceling that show is Fox's worst crime.

Heroes, easily ;o

Was a great show, it still had a huge fanbase, especially here in the UK.

Firefly without a shadow of a doubt but as its one of the givens honourable mentions need to go out to

Stargate Universe, Terminator Sarah Conna chronicles and dolls's house all of which had very shaky starts and got cancelled just as they hit their stride and were shaping up for some awesomeness.

I remember that show and damn I remember it being damn violent for it's time it was badass. I'll admit I do miss it.

Megas XLR, Home Movies, Firefly, Shorties Watching Shorties

There are many, but I would really like to see more Hunter X Hunter continue from the original anime, or Beserk since it couldn't have ended at a worse time.

Outcasts. It ran for one season on the BBC but it didn't get enough viewers to be brought back for a second. Which really sucked because it ended on a cliffhanger and now I'll never know what happened on Carpathia.

The only PROPER vampire show. It's basically Twilight, except that it's good.
Heh. From the depths of obscuria comes another good vampire show (anime) - Black Blood Brothers. Sadly, it was produced for a younger audience, but that didn't stop it from having a full-on adult action story and really interesting characters (the main villainess = Hans Gruber's sister if she were a 400-year-old vampire. Seriously.)

They ran out of money to the point where they had to cheap the final action scenes (argggh), but they wrapped up the first arc to perfection in the final episode, with everything set up for the next arc, teasers and all.
