I would start screaming as the person breaks in, continue at a greater volume pre-stabbing, pause momentarily during the stabbing, recommence screaming immediately following the stabbing, and then, as everything goes black, probably break off the screaming.

Assuming I have no time to react. If I see the person breaking in and have time to run, I guess I'd do that, but you didn't let me do that.
