I would wish:
-to be able to manipulate my body as I see fit (this would include being able to hold my breath for long periods of time, how I appear, not having to sleep, et cetera).
-to be fairly adept at anything I attempt.
-to always have like, a couple of bucks. No matter what. Like, if I'm buying a house in cash, I'll pull out everything in my wallet, come up short, and say, "Hold on, I know I've got it in here," pull out like six or seven more bucks, repeat until it's paid off. I may suggest that whatever money I always seem to have is proportionate to what I'm buying, so instead of like six dollars for trying to buy a TV, I have like, thirty or forty.

Immortality + Ability to create/use magic
The magic is a catch all basically. You could do anything with magic. Get people to love you, use it as a lie detector, to turn invisible, create your own continent/super island, whatever.

Well, I can say for certain one of those wishes would be becoming a vampire in the classic sense. (When I say classic, I mean more like Dracula-ish stuff, not Nosferatu, I'd prefer to not be fuck ugly.)
With two small tweaks, that is. I'd still like to be able to taste food for fun on occasion, and not instantly splode in sunlight. More of a gradual unpleasant smolder so I at least have a chance to not get cornered in really shitty situations. I hate sunlight anyway so I don't care much about being a night-walker. Although, that could make having a life a bit difficult since everything would be closed during the night. Also, throw in some clawed fingernails too.
I suppose one of the other wishes would be to get ever single game every made that I would like along with the platforms they're for, if I don't own it already. This also includes receiving the most ideal version for me of each game.

Complete control of space and time in a user friendly manner. As in I think "I want this to be water" and it becomes water.
I'll save the other 2 wishes, since they won't be necessary after that.

The schizophrenics and mentally challenged people return to normal, the crazy psychotics are kept in an area away from everyone, everyone gets good food, good times, and can be whatever age they choose to be, and everyone gets a house. Also, no major timeline ripples if I do something, and if I fuck up big time I don't cease to exist. And If I, say, get hit by a car or caught in an explosion, it rewinds time so I can go back five minutes before I died, and do whatever to avoid it. And I can summon it at anytime. And It's indestructible. And whenever I'm not using it it goes into hammer space. And no one else can use it.

1) The Pokemon universe is real without the glorified dog fighting. Growlithe/Arcanine would be the coolest pet ever.

First one is just because I like the idea of transformation. Later two are because I enjoy building but lack the resources and the means to create stuff.

I only need one wish: for the power to bend reality according to my own desires. Then I could make my own wishes come true.
I guess, since the genie's a nice guy, I'd use my second wish to set him free, on the condition that he does not suddenly turn evil and destroy the world.
