Mine is The Orange Box (yes i'm a Valve fanboy)just because the amount of value for money is amazing i mean Half Life 2 and the episodes are great,Portal is great and TF2 is great so whats not to like?

Metroid Prime.

I don't think I'll ever love a game more. Great graphics that hold up even today, great artdesign, good way to tell it's story due to scanning not forcing the story upon you. Good controls. Epic bossfights.

I could write a book about how much I love the game. Part 2 was very nice as well, wasn't a big fan of part 3.

So yeah.

TBS: Disciples II
FPS: COD MW2
RPG: Diablo II
Action/Platformer: Just about anything in the Ratchet series
Puzzle: Portal

Nothing has ever held my attention for so long since, and that honestly upsets me.

The delight I extracted from slaughtering so many creatures is nigh-on disturbing but I couldn't give a fuck. Diablo II defined what I now hold as the standard for a good game, and I shall treasure it always.

I was actually thinking about this the other day, and I think I'll have to say Chrono Trigger. I have a tradition of playing through it once every year (though I missed 2009 due to personal issues) and every time I get the same joy from it. It isn't the game I've enjoyed the most, but as for a game that I've consistently enjoyed, that'd have to win.

As for the game I have enjoyed the most in my life, that's really difficult for me to answer... though I have a feeling I'll be able to definitively answer that come May 17th. L.A. Noire...

That's three games though, not one!

For me though, I'd have to say Mafia, Beyond Good & Evil or The Secret of Monkey Island. Brilliant games and so many memories.
