This card was always my favourite monster card, after sending out 4 low-level monsters such as 4 Giant Soldiers Of Stone in defense mode, throw this guy down with a "United We Stand" equipped (which adds 800 ATK and DEF for every face-up monster you have) brings it up to 3200 ATT, able to attack an opponents life points directly. Oh and did I forget to mention that every turn you attack with him, his ATT is raised by 1000? Mucus Yolk.

There was one called the dark hole
"Destroy all cards on the field and remove them from play"
cheap as hell! there's no way they allow that thing in tournies!

edit: come to think of it, I dont think it removed them from play, just sent to them to the graveyard; still cheap as hell!
Dark Hole actually just destroys all monsters on the field, and that includes your own. Helpful in a pinch (and now Limited) but I still don't think it's THAT cheap, unless you're using it in a spell-and-trap only deck or something.
I was never a really hardcore player, but it seemed like that one made it just a little too easy to wipe their field, summon an 1800 atk monster and chew up a hefty chunk of lifepoints.

if theyre sporting some high attack guys or some overly equipped guys that you just can't kill, it just wipes them all.... and you can have 3 of these things in your deck : \

combine that with some other monster killers (man eater bug, etc) and they'll barely be able to keep guys on the field to soak lifepoint damage.

I dunno, seems a little OP, but there's probably plenty of counters I just don't know about.
Dark Hole has always been limited and you were always only allowed 1 in your deck. Unless they took it off the ban list for a bit when I took a break. That if you play by official ban lists playing with friends without ban lists you could have up to 3. Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster were always much more OP and have since been banned completely.

Aside from that decks are so ridiculously fast to summon creatures now Dark Hole is more an annoyance rather than a real set back in comparison to what it used to be like. Also add in the bullshit that is Stardust Dragon and well Dark Hole isn't even a factor any more.

OT: I see there is no love for Dark world cards here or anyway but I am going to have to give my favourite to Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World
.

Quite an abusable card as if I discard him I can destroy 1 of your cards and if you discard him I do that and look at one card in your hand if that was a monster I get to summon it. Then when Grapha is in the graveyard I can return one Dark World monster I control to my hand to bring him back from the graveyard. With Gates of the Dark World he then becomes a 3,000 attack point Beater when he is sitting on the field.

While is a ***** when I can bring him out some call this nooby there are very few things in this current format that aren't nooby and abusable in my opinion compared to how the game used to run. Then again Yu gi oh always ran around who had the most abusable deck.

This is my favorite card:

Oops! Wrong one:

There we go; the Change of Heart.

I'll always have a soft spot for Change of Heart since it was the first obviously broken card I ever used to infuriate my friends. Good times.

I loved my Mucus Yoke. especially if I got it at the beginning of a duel. It can attack opponents life points directly and gets an additional 1000 attack points every time it deals damage to their life points. Once that was on the field, I pretty much won every tme. Though I think "The Wicked Avatar" was a bit cooler, but I never got to play it since the card game kinda was dead by the time I got it.... I just noticed my favorite cards were spheres.... simplicity beats all I guess.

Chaos Emperor Dragon, Envoy of the End. Especially combined with a hand full of Dark World cards like Silva which then summon themselves after The End nukes everything.

I also love Relinquished. That little bugger won me a lot of games, especially in combination that deliciously evil Lava Cage Golem and a nifty little card called Opti-Camouflage Armor that lets level 1s like Relinquished attack directly.

But my favorite card is Command Knight. It's not particularly strong by itself, I just like the card.

Special mention to my old buddies Metalmorph and Reverse Trap.

Just a question. I saw some cards appearing that were white. What are those?

In other news, Robotic knight. Forgot to add him to my list. He is pretty cool looking, and with seven complete, he becomes one powerful monster.

This guy.

It's two effects make it practically a win button.

Even better if you have Return From The Different Dimension.

Summoned Skull, 2500 ATK and it only requires one sacrafice, plus he looks badass. My dad prefers the Blue Eyes.

Also this may seem a little random...butttttttt

Outside of the video games (which was how I mainly played the game) this was the only ritual monster that I could get along with his summon card.
I used that guy in my first ever tournament I went to when I was in the sixth grade. I have a lot of fond memories of that card.

Well, my favorite card is Dark magician girl. Own all 3 arts in Japanese, as well as 2 sage's stone, 3 magician's valkyria (one was a store exclusive), and the contents of 3 copies of the dark magician limited pack (the one with the red dark magician.)
However, my favorite archetype is the future psychics from the back half of the 5ds releases. Plays around with the removed from play zone like you only wish you could.

Wow, I have quite a collection to choose from. Or at least I had, gave it to an 8 year old to start his own memories on them. My 5 favorites are these:

Black Luster Soldier Envoy Of The Beginning

A silent guardian that makes the opponent afraid even of your graveyeard, The Soldier embodied the idea of a crushing defeat while actually being fine with losing. Who doesn't wanna lose to him just to get a glimpse of the guy ?

Slifer The Sky Dragon

The one and only. Through the right cards, a deck with Slifer gives new meaning to the words 'control' and 'power'.

Vorse Raider

'Why ? It is only 100 ATK points stronger than my monster !' If only I had a penny for every time I heard someone say that. Mean, beastly and just fun to have on the field.

Crush Card Virus/Tribe Infecting Virus

I am torn cause both these 2 are excellent cards. Crush can catch one completely off guard and combines great with one of the most underused cards ever, Giant Germ. On the other hand, the TIV helped me summon the soldier easier so I decided to put both here.

And last but not least:

United We Stand

Having the potential to turn even a scapegoat into a powerhouse, United We Stand is the card that you don't expect anyone to have and shit yourself when someone does use it. The first time I actually beat BLS was with this. It also passes across a nice message: Unity. I sent my brother to pick up a Labyrinth Of Nightmare booster pack and this was inside. Favorite card in my deck and always good in a hot spot.
