being "that guy" on facebook, who looks up old friends, see's what they're doing with their lives (or lack thereof) and either becomes depressed they are more successful than me, or become happy when I see their lives are failures.

Id say the song Hana Mura Sensation. Ima big fan of Metal, Alternative, and Hardcore music, as well as techno, but that song just makes me feel happy when im sad. not something id freely admit tho

I generally think of video games as a guilty pleasure, since they're more or less nothing but a time and money sink that doesn't produce anything. At least I have something to show for my other hobbies.
I'm also a big fan of trashy spy fiction, shitty sci-fi movies, and every post-rock band I come across regardless of actual talent.

Isn't gaming a guilty pleasure in most social circles? I mean, admitting that you're a devoted "gamer" (even though Yahtzee hates that word) draws stares and weird looks from people. I imagine that that's what gay people feel like when they come out of their little closet.
