Here's a pretty long one, but I think it's worth telling:

I am a rather quiet, reserved student in class. Last year, our math teacher told us that if we got a better grade on our STAR testing than the year before, she'd boost our grade 5%. I got a 3 the year before. I came out of the class with a B+ (88%). This just so happened to be my first B ever, so I was really hoping to do good on the STAR test. It just so happens that I got a 5 (highest) on my math test, and would now be able to claim my straight A title once again! So, first thing I did when I walked into her class today was slam the paper proving it down on her desk and yell, "BAM! Give me an A, woman!" Everyone within earshot was stunned, and I felt quite proud of myself. Still do, actually. In fact, I think I deserve an oreo mikshake.
