I don't watch every video my subscriptions upload, but main main few I do:
AlChestBreach - Mod reviewer/"Let's player"[footnote]He mainly reviews New Vegas mods and only plays The Sims as a series. He plays other games twice a week (Miscellaneous Monday, Indie Sunday)[/footnote] - I find him and his interactions with game characters funny.
The Game Theorists (mostly Game Theory) - "Game Analysis." - I know that show's on the site now, but I get the other series that channel does and newer videos faster on YouTube.
Armoured Skeptic - I can't describe this channel's "genre" in a couple of words. - Talks about and refutes/corrects creationist, religious and supernatural claims. Funny and pleasant to listen to.
Martymer 81 - Same as previous, though not as pleasant a voice.

I have many more subscriptions, but those are the people I watch almost EVERY video from.

I have loads I watch but the most common would be:

Quill18 - EU4, Kerbal, Civilisation, Dwarf Fortress, etc
NorthernLion - EU4, BoI
Shenryyr - EU4, Total War
Arumba - EU4, CK2
JesseCox - various stuff
TotalBiscuit - critiques
Force - news, previews, ESO, HotS
Jim Sterling - Jimquisition
TheXPGamers - RTS, Space Engineers
Geek & Sundry - Table Top
Drybear - SMITE
TeamFourStar/Takahata 101 - DBZ Abridged, and Hellsing Ultimate.
How It Should Have Ended - movie... stuff.
CinemaSins - more movie stuff
HonestTrailers (Movie and Game) - hilarious movie and game trailer stuff.

There are others, but those are the ones that come to mind. Quill is the one I watch by far the most though. He's great to watch, since he isn't obnoxious and actually explains what he is doing and so on. Honestly kind of surprised no one mentioned him yet.

I wouldn't really call her a "youtube" personality as such but Lindsay Elis is someone whom I've been following for years now (both as Nostalga Chick and her more recent branching out) she's someone for whom I have a lot of respect for and her videos make my day that much brighter
And she was another to dig up JewWarios corpse to parade it around for her own benefit.

YMS: Surprised nobody has talked about YMS. His reviews are hilarious especially his Walking Dead videos.

David Firth whenever he does something but I don't think he counts as a personality.

DoucebagChocolate because he is the only anime reviewer who is entertaining besides GoatJesus.

Errant Signal but he has been getting pretty nitpicky and pretentious to me especially with his GTA and Sunshine videos.

Every Frame a Painting is a somewhat hit and miss film lesson channel but still informative and interesting.

GamingBrit-ManofPassion and Hyper Bit Hero. Comedy guys who do the comedy good. Mostly brit.

ADoseofBuckley: Angry Canadian, maybe the only one.

Liana K who sometimes has interesting things to say and sometimes crazy things to say. You never know what you're gonna get.

Collative Learning and the other channels. Good film amalysis but his other videos especially his game related ones leave much to be desired.

Mathewmatosis: A game critic who takes gameplay just as seriously as every other part of the game. It is possible to do that.

MrBtounge because of course.

Previously Recorded is pretty good and I try to watch their twitch streams often.

SuperBunnyHop: A game journalist who, believe it or not, isn't super pretentious or ignorant of the subject matter he discusses. One of the best

GameTheorists: Don't watch much anymore ever since he brought gaijingoomba and the others on board.

Twin Perfect whenever they decide to upload, though they have been pretty consistent lately.

theSw1tcher for being one of the only lets players who aren't very cringeworthy.

And last but not least Yahtzee19 for many of the same reasons others have stated.

I spend too much time on youtube. I have way more subscriptions but I mostly ignore their videos right now and/or they are dead.

People I'm subscribed to:

Markiplier: I just like the guy. He's personable, very often funny, and has hilarious reactions.
Dslyecxi: Primarily does ARMA content with his outfit, ShackTac. Very knowledgeable about the game and the military in general. Hell of a videogame chopper pilot.
Warpath Wrel and Moukass: Both primarily do Planetside 2 content. Wrel makes fantastic guides and weapon/ability reviews; Moukass is a great player with the most hilarious laugh you'll ever hear.
Ephemeral Rift: ASMR artist with a penchant for oddball and off-the-wall content. Portrays a number of characters in a Lovecraft-inspired universe.
Ouchmaker93: I watch his APB: Reloaded content since I haven't played the game in a while. Funny guy.
Archmage Melek: Sort of a small-time Let's Player, but he's the one who got me into playing Minecraft. Very community-minded.

Not subscribed to, but visit fairly often:

MaximilianDood: Hype personified. I've never been much of a fighting-game player, but I like watching him play, especially the Killer Instinct reboot.
Jim Sterling: Jim mother-fucking Sterling, son.
The Honest Guys: High-quality relaxation and meditation videos, put out fairly often. Great stuff to listen to at work.
Cinema Sins: It is a joy to listen to this guy just tear into bad movies.
The Slow-Mo Guys: Lots of things exploding or doing other cool stuff in slow-motion. What more could you want?

The Super Best Friend Zaibatsu

I occasionally tune into see what's going on with Achievement Hunter but they kinda lost my favour after a while, though I'm as devoted a fan of Rooster Teeth as always

Birgirpal

YourMovieSucks.org

AVGN

I've been a fan of Criken since....all of his vids, basically. Kinda wish his recent stuff was better but I still enjoy him.

GeneralMcBadass for his Payday 2 stuff

Jim Sterling

Moviebob (only for his reviews and "Really that Good")

I'm gonna list Capcom Unity since the channel is mostly videos by fans-turned-employees and the like

Dorkly

I really do wish Jaltoid, JelloApocalypse, and The Game Theorists put stuff out at a higher pace, but I love them and list them all the same.

I don't usually stick with any channel for too long. But I watch regularly TeamFourStar's DBZ Abridged, videogamedunkey, HowToBasic and perhaps Cr1tical/penguinz0. I also watch HonestTrailers every now and then. CinemaSins got boring with its overlong nitpick videos.

Unfortunately HowToBasic is making less and less food recipe videos nowadays (maybe he simply did them all?). I need more ways to correctly cook things!

I actually have 1001 subscriptions right now... heh

The most fun and or easiest things to watch in following order:
Definitely Game Greps + tronjon
Then maybe Cryaotic, ashens, cox & crendor, TheScatsbury, birgirpall, cinemasins, maddox, taofledermaus, photonicinduction, jay lenos garage, xcar, and a bunch of animators like argodaemon, FIMFlam, Limeylassen, tithinian, vega voverth, piemations, extra credits, alfabusa &co, AlpacaHawk, dathings, caleidoscope, etc
Skallagrim, Lindybeige, Hickock, iraqveteran88888, ForgottenWeapons, that crew
And i just found this lovely channel

damn right, his kerbal space program serie is the best advertisement they could have gotten, bought the game after less than ten spisodes

Of course, if you dont like the game someone lets plays enough to buy it, but still watch, you are in an awkward legal position

Just in general: Vsauce, MinutePhysics, purpleeyeswtf (when he actually posts something), TeamFourStar, and I still occasionally look at AccursedFarms to see if Ross is doing anything interesting after Freeman's Mind. Of course, I watch Yahtzee's Let's Play/Drown Out/Ego Review videos, mostly for when I'm about to do some menial bullshit and I feel like listening to a podcast. I'm subscribed to Cracked, but for the most part I watch their videos on their site.
I download most of my music, but GiantAngryRobot posts a lot of good electronic music, and his/her visual effects are fucking awesome. TheWhilomBass also posts some good underground bass music.
I don't generally do gaming channels (besides the aforementioned Drown Outs and Ego Reviews), but I'm subscribed to Marley13 for Scottish CoD Players, and I'm subscribed to Jerome Thug Love Jones.

Hey, I recently found him too on a total war binge of my own! :D

I watched through his first Rome 2 Carthage campaign.
He started another one with DEI mod about a month ago but it might be stuck on episode 6 for a while. Apparently the mod broke.
Noooooooooo! D:

Dangit. I don't want to have to suffer watching through two unending campaigns. :p

Never mind, guess he got it fixed. Though he does seem to be trying to do too many campaigns. He's all but abandoned the Medieval 2 France campaign. Though I do like the Shogun 2 Saga campaign. Not really digging the Star Wars one.

I'm an old fan of Egoraptor and Jontron, so naturally the Game Grumps are my go-to internet personalities. I'm happy to see that both channels have really come into their own in the past year.

I'm especially glad to see that NinjaSexParty continues to produce content, while working on Starbomb albums and continual GameGrumps episodes.

Also, if my presence on the escapist is any indicator, Jim Sterling and Yahtzee are both on my regular viewing schedule.

Not listed in any particular order:

1) GameGrumps (they're hilarious)

2) Markiplier (not exactly my style of comedy, but I have immense respect for the man for being such a genuinely kind human being

3) seananners (even though he only plays GMOD and stuff like that, he gets pretty creative with games his friends play with their characters)

4) WarpCouch (found these guys by freak accident, but they're really funny if you don't mind NSFW stuff or politically incorrect humor. They're still super new, but the Batman videos were hilarious. lol)

5) TotalBiscuit (the gaming ambassador of Britain is fatastic! I love the co-optional podcast!)

6) Jesse Cox: (Feisty fellow ginger. You never know what's going to come out of his mouth)

Just my two cents. Hope you find something you like! :)
