funny, I didn't notice anything different with Yahtzee's voice.

anyway, the gameplay on this game impressed me, seemingly everyone on Escapist seems to like it, even Yahtzee says this game is good.

Ezio, consider me sold on Assassin's Creed 2.

Whatever the shortcomings of AC2 may prove to be, I will remember it fondly for making me fall over laughing at the 'It's a-me, Mario!' bit.

I like the voice Yahtzee is using as it is somewhat reminiscent of the voice he used in his older reviews. About Assassin's Creed II, he was right on the money.

Oh, another thing, THERE WERE GUNS IN THE RENAISSANCE! Christ, that was one of the big military achievements in that time. If my history is correct, I'm pretty sure gun powder was invented in the 1300s. And seriously, from what everyone has told me, the gun is hard to aim, so it's not THAT much of an advantage.

Yeah, for the first couple hundred years after guns were invented, they had an accurate range of about 100 yards (compared to the 180 and 320 offered by longbows and crossbows respectively), took about two minutes to reload, and had the rather obnoxious habit of sometimes exploding and killing the person firing it.

Well if that's the case he also had a cold when he reviewed The Darkness, Fable 1, Psychonauts, BioShock, Tomb Raider Anniversary, Manhunt, Peggle, Halo 3...etc.

After quickly his voice in this review to his last one I am 99% sure he got better equipment, his voice is crisper and louder, that is all. Otherwise it's the same old Yahtzee.

If you think they suck, don't watch and go away. I don't understand, no ones forcing you to watch so why do you think they should go away. Others like them, but you don't and everyone has to go out of their way to please you? Honestly.

Even after maxing out the casa, having money (for me) is nice; because of my OCD I feel the need to dye the Assassin's robes a different color every hour. I don't know...

I don't think that's OCD, I think that's just you being weird. Is it so you can figure out which one he looks best in because that makes more sense.

I say this because I have OCD and that makes me less likely to waste money on dying robes...unless it's free or there's some type of benefit to gameplay.

So apparently I haven't gone crazy and am NOT the only one to notice his voice. I think he may have a cold or something. I don't know though, he sounded sort of comfortable, I guess. I hope this isn't a regular thing. This "new" voice actually sort of bored me. For the first time watching a ZP video, I actually put my headset back ON and started talking to friends on skype DURING the video.

The review was okay, I'm surprised he didn't mention the amount of dialog in the game (and how it's not English [or if he did, I didn't hear it]).

But I'm not happy with the new watermark placement on the videos. Seriously, guys.
