Being somewhat put off by two men kissing, and not by a man and a woman or two women, isn't a personal preference though. At least not a personal preference one comes to on their own accord.
Don't beat yourself up too hard about it. At least you're honest about it. Two guys kissing really does nothing to me, and I've seen so much worse on the internet, it became a non issue when I was in my early to mid 20s.
We all have our biases, and none of us came by them all of our own device. So long as you have the self-awareness to question yourself, you're better off than many.

Biases are heavily influenced by the society in which you are raised, and if that society generally fetishizes two women kissing and ridicules or even smears two men kissing (eventhough one is no different from the other), that's going to form a discriminatory basis in your mind that can be hard to completely shake. If you're aware this is a you problem and not a problem with gay people, then... it still sucks that this bias is there, but you can continue to work through that. However a lot of people will view this personal preference very much as a problem with gay people, specifically gay men, resulting in insults or even violence when two guys dare to kiss or even hold hands in public.
There is a difference between having a bias and acting negatively against a group due to bias
