Thinking of starting my own splinter religion from Christianity like many before have done, but instead the hook is we're already in hell and the only way we can return back to reality is by working together as a harmonious de-escalatory species.

Oh and god already died long long ago who's interdimensional ethereal corpse allowed life to flourish from its decay.

How did they die? No-one knows, don't look at me I only just started this thing!

Plus I promise not to start any wars: civil, international, intergalactic, interdimensional or spiritual...no wars in this one garunteed. We ain't like the other girls.

If you're disappointed with the product you can leave any time free of charge or judgement, rules are minimumal, don't be a kunt basically.

Every day is a holiday. Because you deserve it.

No need to pray, who you gonna pray to anyway you bloody idiot? Scroll back up. They dead!

No hiercharies, fuck that abuse-enabling shit.

Uh, communal activities and traditions are whatever you want, this is as hands off (must resist church abuse joke!) as it gets.

The "after death" question? I don't fucking know, haven't heard back from a dead person yet. Tho as it's the main common hook through all other religions, we're gonna have to workshop this bullshit eventually, ain't we?

Scientific method is still cool and accepted. Unless it compromises my tax-free bracket status.

If I missed anything else, just assume it's the bestest coolest answer to all of those potential unasked questions. đź‘Ś
I give it at most five seconds before someone, maybe you, corrupts it for their own ends. On the other hand, that would also mean it has successfully managed to capture the true essence of religion.

Ok thought a bit more bout this while supposed to be doing other more important things and have something to workshop with. For you see, the original authors of the bible did the best they could, but lacked a perspective only the modern filth can provide: and that is half a life's worth of videogames experience!

K, so basically if we die in this hell world that's our last videogame life, which is why it's so important to unify to work out way back to normal reality cause then if we die we just get sent back here again. No XP or cash transfers over, and no skills this is roguelike genre. Uh, religion., uhh, life. This isn't as appealing an alternative, I understand. But look, at least it's marginally more honest, eh? Eh?? ...hello? Oh and the parties will be the best, no expense spared!

"God, talking and trying to think of things to say on the fly is hard, thank God for posting on the internet, I can take my time and make sure it's articulate and don't have to worry."

*take several days to simply form and shape thoughts, spend all day typing, still a whole other part left*

"Fuck..."

People often say with conviction that thinking about your future is the key to success and happiness, a positive step in your journey to self actualisation. But whenever I thought about it I just wanna blow my fucking brains out. No, to function in society requires aggressively not thinking about the future whenever and wherever possible.

And are you successful and happy?

I wonder if an object traveling from the North Pole to the Equator would get a extremely small boost in speed from to gravity compared to one moving from the Equator to the North Pole due to the fact that earth is an oblate spheroid.

Wouldn't it be the other way around? Because it'd be getting closer to the centre of the Earth as is moves away from the equator? Hmmm...

I was thinking that if you are moving south, there is more mass bulging out in the direction you are traveling pulling you towards it, but you are probably correct that the force of gravity will be stronger the closer you are to the center, though I don't think that would help your forward momentum.

This thread is for "shower thoughts," not "sensory depravation tank existential crises." Well played, the both of you. If I were one to get high, I imagine you'd both make for some riveting stoner conversation.

Ok, so since Elizabeth 2 died, King Charles the Third, is now, by the Grace of God King of Australia and His other Realms and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth. So Australia and some other realms and territories will have coinage with his face on them.

Australia and some other realms and territories went to decimal currency during Elizabeth's reign, meaning that older coinage was no longer used. So this will be the first time in generations that people will be using coinage with more than one monarch's head on them.

(Also, while looking up his title, apparently Canada decided he wasn't the defender of the faith after 8th January of this year, and to stop mentioning the United Kingdom as a place he is king of. I guess in case the church leads a coup to oust him from there?)

This is correct. Gravity is slightly less at sea level at the equator due to a combo off equatorial bulge and the effects of surface centrifugal force. About 0.5% less.

This cult leader has been deploying some SEO and data wipe tricks to scrub modern photos of himself off the web lately it appears.Civic duty must be fulfilled.

One site had the majestic glam goat neckbeard left so had to download them and share them wherever I can.

His name is Chris Butler, based in Hawaii.

His cult 'Science of Identity's consistent core belief seems to be extreme homophobia.

Oh and he pretty much raised Tusli Gabbard who is now a little too close to being the next head of CIA or whatever adjacent equivalent position (a google says "director of national intelligence", so that) within the approaching trump administration.

Recommend sharing them wherever possible with/without context doesn't matter. Can even use it to jump scare your loved ones!

Ok, this depends on your time zone, but if you only use the last two digits for the year, then the day number times the month number equals the year number today, the last time this year. Which evidently I don't care about as it happened a bunch of time this year, as 24 has a few factors, and I haven't noticed before.

Having just seen four spam threads for crypto bullshit on this very forum, I'm wondering how long until this place gets turned off.
What's funny is that the closing of the bot spam threads seems to be the only presence the higher ups seem to maintain here these days.

Actually, why do spam bots usually just spam once or twice before getting banned some time later? Why not spam spam threads (no pun intended) every time?

Probably because one or two threads is easier to fly under the radar than spamming a dozen all at once.
